The staff is incredibly helpful, and the app offers features that others lack. I'm optimistic that I'll find enough value in the app to justify its cost, especially given its user-friendly interface. I hope future updates will include more automation features, particularly with AI, as many administrative tasks within the app could be fully automated to save even more time.

This AP has functionality best suited to AGENCIES or medium to large businesses. If you are a small businss, then go with their FULL SERVICE option perhaps (but, unless you are a tech expert, I don't recommend the self-directed platform option). My experience was frustrating because I am a small business with no employee to dedicate to managing this platform, building and A/B its testing flows, manage onboarding, outreach email campaigns, and staff capable of walking influencers through an oboarding process. This is a tool for a bigger organization. This is not an easy self-serve solution. So, highly recommend the fully-managed solution if you don't have your own staff.

I don't think it can get easier than this. Influencer Hero has all the tools, all in one and I really like how they've integrated AI into it to make finding, managing, and communicating with influencers that much easier. The customer support is also top notch. They are very friendly and ready to help. I loved the demo, onboarding, and continued support thereafter!

Very helpful staff. App has many features others do not. I hope I am able to extract enough value from the app to justify the cost. Given the interface, I believe I will be able to. I hope in the future updates are added to automate many more task in conjunction with Ai. Honestly, most of the action being done within this app by an administrator could be completely automated saving even more time.

I tested many affiliate marketing apps and Influencer Marketing Hero definitely lives up to its name! I use a lot of Shopify apps and the Infiuencer Hero user interface is the easiest one to learn and set up! The onboarding process is perfect, you don't get information overload because the onboarding team is ready to set you up for success. This app is going to save my team so many labor hours. Influencer Marketing Hero has been a gamechanger for my business. Starting with the demo and onboarding, the team is very friendly and knowledgeable about the platform. The platform itself is easy to navigate and does not require any prior experience with influencer marketing. I especially like that the affiliate program is bundled to make this a one-stop shop for working with creators. The incorporation of AI into the platform is also a great feature. As a small company with time constraints, these automations save time and allow me to focus on the strategies and bigger picture needed in order to scale the business. I would definitely recommend Influencer Marketing Hero to any ecommerce business looking to take on the world of influencer marketing.

Up to now I have always looked for influencers by myself and reached out to them. This is a very tideous way and takes a lot of time to organise everything. With Influencer Hero this is now much easier. Everything is in one place, tracking is provided and templates make it easy to react in seconds. During set up Peter and Ines were of great help.
