For the most parts it works. Has occasional glitches with item pricing but thats most likely our fault as we have changed our shipping profiles and prices way too many times. Helps sync inventory with eBay which generates most of our sales as our website www.gearnbits.com is fairly new.

inkFrog Open does what it's supposed to do, plain and simple. Having to go back and forth between shopify and ebay, copying listings, reformatting content and etc., is a thing of the past now thanks to this app!

Would not import anywhere near the entire catalog of products. Would always stop around the 80-something number. Tried every setting and could not import any more. Very frustrating!

We have been using InkFrog for almost a year now. This is an incredible app! This has given us the ability to sync our products on our Shopify store (https://www.KawaiiSquishyStore) with our eBay store (stores.ebay.com/jaspersdeals) in almost real-time when we have a sale on either platform. The support is awesome and the price is even better. This has given us the ability to grow our sales at an affordable price. Thank you so much and keep up the great work!

Very powerful tool for listing on Ebay, when you have many listings. It only took a few minuts to import a 1000 listings, and once imported the bulk editing tools made adjustments so much easier. So far everything is working very smoothly, thank you so much for that. www.carmazoe.com

I'm using inkfrog for 4 months now. I tried a lot of "sophisticated" importers Shopify to Ebay before that let me down till I found Inkfrog. Inkfrog gives you the all pack! Great interfacing- easy to use. Beautiful lists- Simple clear customer-friendly ebay list templates. 100 stars support- 99% same-hour replay, helpful, very attentive- they actually added 2 features I asked for. Thank you guys- you're the best!

After looking around for an inventory management app for our website: MobilityEquipmentforLess.com, we stumbled upon inkFrog. Let me just say that the support staff is AMAZING!! The app allows for a fairly seamless integration between Shopify and Ebay. One improvement I would suggest is how the new listings are done. If you list from inkFrog, it only lists to ebay. To go around this, you MUST start your new product in Shopify, then import to inkfrog, edit and then list to ebay. We are VERY pleased with the price point and application. THANK YOU INKFROG!! YOU ROCK!

So far so good! The customer service is fantastic. Just did a walk through on all features of Inkfrog with Marie and she helped set up the backend for my specific store, answered all questions and I feel confident I am on the right track. I have tried so many options for Ebay listings from Shopify-Ebay including Shopseen, Sellbrite, Ecomdash and more and InkFrog BY FAR is the best option. Unlike Sellbrite and Ecomdash, it allows you to sync descriptions, titles, prices and inventory. Sellbrite and Ecomdash only sync inventory. Also, it is far less expensive and far less confusing! I find it much easier to list directly on Ebay, after using this for a couple of days I have removed the app because it doesn't make listing on Ebay easier or faster.

Anyone with a Shopify store should have this App and an eBay account. Huge exposure with very little effort. One of the best Shopify Apps out there.

I find listing and editing a product on Ebay easier using InkFrog instead of directly through Ebay. I can easily make a listing from any product I have posted in my Shopify store. InkFrog makes sure all of my product listing settings are up to date with Ebay requirements. -Julie

So far my review is 5 stars. Excellent customer service - had an hour long, individual tutorial with one of the customer support people yesterday. They also managed to get my listings limit raised substantially with eBay! It's early days - but everything good so far! thanks very much inkFrog!

We use inkFrog a lot to list our products on eBay. It definitely makes the process streamlined, and saves us alot of time. The templates look great, and having the 'suggested products' list on each eBay product page is a nice addition. Our only complaint is that it doesn't recognise our existing eBay shipping profiles...the app seems to be made for US customers because we cannot create Australian shipping profiles. Other than that...a very useful app.
