inkFrog for eBay

We launched our store about a month ago and have tried about 30 different apps that do all sorts of things. We've kept about 10 of them. Of those, this is the best one. We were using sellbrite at first to sync our shopify and ebay listings. It was good, but lacked some things. inkFrog Open does every one of those things we wanted. And more. I'll simply say this: use inkFrog Open if you are selling on both ebay and shopify.

We absolutely love inkFrog. Keeping track of inventory is a giant pain in the a** when it comes to eBay stock and shopify stock. inkFrog has provided the ability to FINALLY control our inventory management & listings in one centralised location. This is a huge time saver, and huge increase in productivity. The sophisticated app has a brilliant user interface which allows the set up to be in less then 10 minutes (amazing right!).. and I can definitely see that so much work has been put into this app. There are not many web applications today that integrate with eBay as easily as inkFrogs & it is a definitely worth acknowledging the difficulty around this type of integration (eBay AUS is different to other countries.. even stitchlabs don't have the ability to integrate to eBay AU!. Listing restrictions... inventory, pricing differentiation... its all very complex) Thanks inkFrog - you have done a phenomenal job. This App needs to be showcased on shopify! Kanetha

Not so easy to link to eBay, depending which eBay market you use for example. Several issues to fix. Takes a bit time. But with a bit of patience and the great support of inkFrog (thank you very much Greg!), the final result is great and it works. And it's free! :o)

Had some great Customer service follow up my inquiry! Struggling to get my paypal email to be recognized. "The following errors were detected: Your PayPal email address wasn't found. " Although i can login fine to my paypal and ebay account. Dont seem to get any response from the support?

Impressive app. Impressive support. Entirely free! Would have given additionnal stars if it was possible. Had some troubles regarding the listing of some products and got amazing support from the start until I could finally launch all my listing. Greg, if you see this, thanks again for your help!

This app is AMAZING, makes lovely eBay listings (although dynamic HTML would be great) and is a lot quicker than listing manually. Please, PLEASE make one for Amazon :-)

I give five star for an awesome application. I still have questions about few thing but customer service did not reply of several email so i stopped. I probably was unlucky but the app deserve great rating, unfortunately for me is self service, i have to discover everything from my ends.

Best Ebay app I've ever used. The fact that it was free almost scared me away,but this app blows away and paid app I have ever used for Shopify. Great work guys! I almost feel guilty not having to pay for such a great service.

Absolutely superb app! I have come over to Shopify from Magento Go, and the trouble we had importing to eBay from Magento was not worth the hassle. So on installing this app I was a little sceptical that the process would be the same. I needn't have worried though! From the slick interface, great technical support, and ease of use, I would highly recommend inkfrog to anyone!

If you are looking for a way to cross sell your products this is the app for you. They have done 95% of the work for you. This app is so seamless you will wonder why if took you so long to get it. This is an amazing tool that I'm now using on a daily basis to expand my sales channel. I expected little to no support being that it is a free product, but they were quick to respond and resolved my issue. I can't recommend this enough! The price is definitely right too!! :)

FIRST of all, I can't believe the power this little critter has AND the support it has. FOR FREE. Free folks!!!!! I looked at many other HIGH priced apps and fell in love with this little ditty immediately. Like anything new, you need to get comfortable with it but once you get going, you will FLY. I had close to 4,0000 items to export to eBay from my Shopify store. It was so easy to make groups of like items, add their details and VIOLA! Support has been incredible. Between holding my hand, calming me down AND making suggestions- all while clearly explaining things- puts their support above ANY service I've ever used. I can't say enough good things. It's actually FUN to use this and I love hearing the bell that it's loaded on ebay! HA!! ☺

This is a great app to use. I almost want to keep it a secret but that would be shameful. Very easy to use and fantastic support staff. This app will sync your store or just a few products with ease on EBay. No more double work for us. Thanks InkFrog for the intuition.

Amazingly quick set up! Your listed on ebay in minutes. Very easy to navigate and to import from Shopify also!
