Excellent quality fabrics from this company. The app is very intuitive and a person with no IT experience can easily navigate . The print on demand customer service support is excellent and always responsive. The packaging is eco-friendly brown bags and always comes very well packed.

Used for years but recently have had very poor quality frames and lack of accountability with the issues and refusing to package better as “other people don’t have this issue”… Also have experienced a lack of accountability for their system errors and issuing refunds for damaged or poor quality orders. A great shame as they have a good customer service team and good pricing but just starting to not be worth it.
We really appreciate your custom for so many year and are sorry you've recently had some bad experiences with the frames. Despite not hearing this complaint often we are actively working on improved packaging that should be launched next month. We appreciate the comments about the support and pricing and hope that this delivery improvement gets you back to the service your customers expect.
I've had a great experience with Inkthreadable so far. The DTG print quality has been excellent, with sharp, vibrant designs that look exactly how I hoped. The website is also really easy to use, making it simple to create products and connect everything with my Shopify store. It's been a smooth process from start to finish. Inkthreadable have been superb so far. A few weeks in using them and every delivery has been made on time and I've had no issues whatsoever. They are very responsive and helpful via messenger/email and I can't fault them so far. The products and printing are high quality and they have a wide range of products available. Highly recommend them
The app is easy to use and works well, The only downside to the app is it sometimes runs on the slow side. Inkthreadable have a great choice for POD to suit all ranges (from budget to premium garments) and upto now the print quality has been great, no issues whatsoever. Turnaround from order to delivery has been pretty quick. Well worth giving it a try
