Just installed yesterday, and using the free version, but we had a small glitch and the customer service was super quick and they updated the code to help with our situation!

This app never worked properly, and team never tried to resolve the issue properly and just kept saying there was no issue. I have contacted the developer who is still charging me monthly even though the app has been uninstalled. They told me to contact Shopify...... Juan - please refund me immediately.

literally nothing works in the app, the widget doesnt show, the products do not tag, ad you can't even link it as a business insta account as it says their app is not active and the developer is aware. waste of time

I am sorry, but we pay for something this is not working. I set this app up the four-time now. Sometimes it is working brilliantly, but then all of a sudden, it disappears. Also, the paid add-on with the stories is not working correctly. I give the app two stars because you can set up many different things, which I like, though. Please check the code of this app! Also, it is strange to set up stuff at another site than Shopify. I will get another app.

This is the second month since I downloaded this app on my Shopify store and I love it! Customer service will go beyond to answer my questions and assist me on what to do to get things right. This is a great app to add to your Shopify store to integrate promotional ads from IG. Highly recommended+++++++

We've found this app easy to use and when we wanted to change the location of our Instagram feed, the team at Instafeed very quickly sorted it for us in minutes. Very impressed with the customer service and highly recommend InstafeedHub :-)

Me encanta la aplicación, cumple con lo que necesito para mi tienda, la atención por chat perfecta. Además se super bien en la tienda y cuando pinchas es una imagen tienes la opción de seguir la cuenta o de compartir el post.

Great app and really good customer support. They were able to help fix things I was having trouble with and I have my instagram feed on my home page now.
