Great app, i can easily create multiple galleries and place it anywhere in my template. You can easily tag the products in the gallery and choose different layout options - cool also that you can filter images in your gallery, based on hashtags used within the Instagram Post. Very useful feature to show specific Images in the gallery. Everything was very easy to setup. For us personally, we want our own ATC Flow - so the customer support was really kind and changed the functionality for us. It would be great in the future, to have more customization options for developers. It would also be great to have native support for the new Shopify Translation API. Outstanding Support! You guys deserve every 5-Star Rating, thanks again!

Easy to use and set up and great customer service. I wanted the colours of the Buy button changed and just sent Tattu the colour references and it was done very quickly. Looks great.

I just installed this app - on my own, no help needed. Tattu in customer servic answered all of my questions so I understood the basic idea of the app and it sounds like a helpful thing for a site to have. It is easy to create the galleries - I haven't tagged my products yet, but if it is as easy to do that as installation has been then this should be a great app!

I've tested a lot of Instagram integration apps prior to this, and none of them compared to this one. It's very customizable and has easy integration to the website. I love that you can show the tagged instagram posts on the product page as well. The customer service has gone above and beyond, specifically Tattu. I've asked for a lot of help customizing the look to the website, and she always delivers! I would highly recommend to others.

Application is working wonderfully and the widgets will surely make the clients enjoy more the time spent on your site. There is also a Bonus: the support team is great and very prompt! it's like your team got new colleagues :)

We recently installed this app since the Instagram feature on our home page was going away and Tattu was awesome to work with. They were prompt and so far works great! We would highly recommend and the best part is they have a free version which is what we have used so far.

We needed to find an alternative solution when Instagram made changes to their API so we couldn't use the built-in Instagram section anymore. We are a dog harness and apparel company so showing off life photos of our products via Instagram is important to us. We use Out of the Sandbox theme and they suggested Shop Instagram. The customer support team in particular "Tattu" is super friendly and easy to communicate. There's not much back and forth as she tries to resolve your issue in one shot. Great customer service will always win my support. Highly recommend it.

I wanted to setup and use this app but it does not work in Google Chrome. I work off of my companies computer and cannot download any 'extensions' or other browsers to bypass this.
Dear merchant, we are sorry to hear that you had such experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We would like to confirm that our app works on Google Chrome. Please know that your case was an exception. As for now, we suppose your browser might be outdated...as you are the only merchant who has reported this. However, as you can see from other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our merchants. And we have been craving to make things right asap. We have already sent a couple of emails with possible workarounds but never heard back... :( We are always happy to discuss such issues and resolve them ASAP. Many thanks to the service Tattu Kachieva has provided, even though I'm only in the 'Free' plan. Useful app to replace 'Social Feed' Shopify functionality, which was depreciated recently.

Very positive experience with customer service, implementing a special request that we had to make the app even better. It is now possible to tag specific product variants, which is of great help when you feature a specific product that has different sizes and prices. Fast working, professional, helpful and committed to solving problems!

Works well, good customer service for a small app, works smoothly for the most part. The team is good and have ironed out bugs pretty quickly each time we mentioned it, such as Instagram text formatting not being correctly carried over - > solved within a day, app stopped appearing in some sections of website -> solved within an hour.
