I am very happy with Shop Instagram & UGC. The very helpful Tattu Kachieva in support was able to help me integrate my IG feed and imbed it on my home page as well as set up my IG shoppable page. I probably could have figured it out myself but I certainly appreciated the quick help. My theme is through Out of the Sandbox and they have tested all of their themes to make sure that they work with UGC. So far so good!

As there were trying to fix the issue with Instagram feed on my home page they destroyed my website applying 45 changes to my template without any permission, sections were gone, my old logo was on the website, colours of the template was the opposite that I currently had. They just reset everything and then sent me an email that they fix the issue. They applied some changes to the setting_data.json file that reverse my website to the completely old look. Also, this app has permission to private data of your customers... App permissions This app has access to the following personal information: Customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, geolocations, IP addresses, and browser user agents Blog commenter e-mail addresses, IP addresses, and browser user agents This app can access and modify your store‘s data: Read orders, transactions, and fulfillments Modify theme templates and theme assets Modify store content like articles, blogs, comments, pages, and redirects Read products, variants, and collections Read theme templates and theme assets Read store content like articles, blogs, comments, pages, and redirects As I was happy with this app before, after this situation and no answer from their side of what happened I decided to uninstall the app. Not worth the stress of what they can do with your shop while you are sleeping.

Great app, even better customer service. When the app needed to be reinstalled after changing my IG handle, I couldn't get it to load. Eldar got me back up and running with no issues. Highly recommend! Thank you.

Lots of glitches for UGC gallery. Posts are not in right order, when contacted, they insist there is nothing wrong even though my gallery is showing old posts first despite set to 'newest posts first'

We have already resolved the issue and sent several emails, but haven't received any reply yet. Please note, that “Newest posts first” sorting is working on the admin panel for the convenient moderation of posts. Moreover, we are always happy to discuss such issues and resolve them ASAP. I used this app to have our shop's Instagram feed displayed on the homepage. I like that I can tag products on each post (up to 5 for free plan) and the developers are responsive when I asked for assistance to install the app on our store. I wish I can do that myself though.
We would love to express our gratitude for the kind feedback and your directions. We strive to improve and we will never settle. As for your concern regarding the auto update on a Free plan. It takes up to 24 hours to refresh the gallery on your store. So you only need to give it time and photos will be updated automatically :)

It's a really good app even if you only choose the free plan. You can have 5 product shop tags and an endless scroll instagram feed. The support team help me to figure out some issues while installing the app. Definitely recommended if your looking to have an instagram gallery on your online store.

Instagram feed looks great on my website. I didn’t really know how to set it all up but Customer service was super quick and sorted out my feed immediately. Thanks heaps, great app!
