We're so happy with Sauce! This app is a total game-changer. It's by far the best solution we've tried for integrating videos and social media into our store without affecting the speed. The boost we've seen in our average basket size has been amazing, way beyond what we expected. The Sauce team is fantastic to work with. They're super helpful, and full of great tips to help us optimise our performance. If you’re looking for an easy way to bring UGC and social content onto your site - this is it. Can’t recommend Sauce enough!

Love the app! We've been using it for 5 years, and it just keeps getting better. The new features, like video commerce for product pages, have been a total game-changer for us. Huge thanks to the Sauce team, keep up the amazing work!

This app is amazing! It makes our site lively and interactive. I love all of its features, especially our Instagram feed. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store.

I really want to like this app but there are so many things wrong with it. 1. I cannot choose the video I want for my hero video. 2. Hero products video doesn't work. 3. I cant choose thumbnail for loop clips. 4. when I select auto play for loop clips, only 1 video plays on auto, some do too but all of them dont and most of them dont autoplay 100% of the time. 5. I cant choose the order of the stories. 6. none of the customizations really work for loop clips, let alone the other features. 7. the user interface is soooo bad, its pretty but simple things on the UX require work arounds just to make the website functional. 8. and the BIGGEST one of all, which I think is deceptive is that the media you upload goes to all the widgets - meaning what you use for stories, get played as the hero, the product gallery - you cannot specifically select content for specific widgets. thats ridiculous! Things will appear to work on sauce dashboard but on the actual site, it will not work. really unfortunate, how you guys can fix asap.

Hero Video Selection: Our 'Media Display Rules' allow you to filter selections by custom hashtags and sort by engagement, recency, or sales potential. You can also drag and drop videos in the by clicking on the 'Edit Positions' button. If this isn’t functioning as expected, please let us know so we can assist you. 2. Hero Product Videos: These videos are linked to specific products and display on Product Display Pages when a tagged video exists. If a product doesn’t show a Hero Product Video, it may not have an associated video. We can help you set this up using Shopify 2.0 App Blocks or toggling the 'Sauce Hero Product Videos' 'App Embed' to 'On'. 3. Loop Clips and Thumbnails: Loop clips are designed for continuous playback without thumbnails. If you have specific needs regarding thumbnails, we’d like to understand them better to explore potential updates. 4. Autoplay Issues: On desktop, autoplay should function for all videos. On mobile, only one video plays at a time to optimise bandwidth and user experience. If desktop autoplay isn’t working correctly, we can investigate this further. 5. Story Media Order: You can customise media sorting using the sort icon. If this feature isn’t working, please provide a screenshot so we can identify and resolve the issue. 6. Customisation Challenges: We’d appreciate details on which customisation options aren’t meeting your expectations. Sharing this information will help us address your concerns effectively. 7. User Experience (UX): Your feedback on UX is valuable. If there are specific pain points or functionality gaps, please share them with us. We’re committed to refining the interface to balance simplicity with robust features. 8. Content Across Widgets: Our media library syndicates content across all surfaces to save time. However, Media Display Rules allow you to refine what appears where. For example, you can use hashtag filters to curate content for specific widgets or apply pre-set rules to only show User Generated Content for example. Having UGC content featured on our product pages has increased our conversion rate and AOV. Love that we can show our styles in an organic way, that's different from our Ecomm photography. Would definitely recommend this app!

I haven't found an app which does what Sauce does with slick design comprehension and with so many features. All the hard work put into Insta content EASILY slides into my website for a continuation on ROI. THANK YOU! Fede also offers great customer service, if you aren't getting the most of it, reach out and her team will guide you thru. Highly recommended.

We've been really happy with our Sauce experience. We were initially debating between Sauce and a competitor brand, and we're not regretting our decision! Fede is super responsive with any updates or issues and James has been so helpful and knowledgeable in implementing it all. We love the look of the Sauce videos on the website and the back end is very clever - and simple to use!

I have asked multiple times for my account to be closed! There is no option for closing an account yourself on the website. No one gets back to me. Don’t install this unless you can afford it!!! I will also be contacting Shopify to let them know about not being able to cancel a subscription with this mob. If I could give zero stars I would.

This app makes it so easy for customers to simply buy the look! The team @ sauce have been fabulous with onboaring support and great advice on making the most it's features. I can highly recommend! I'm loving seeing all the content on our website too!

I love the features and functionality of Sauce. I had been searching for better ways to showcase my social media on my website and I went through lots and lots of apps until I finally found Sauce. Their features and functionality were totally in line with the use cases I had thought of and were looking for. In addition to that, their customer service is absolutely excellent. I had an issue with something and not only were they prompt to respond, but they were very understanding and reset a feature for me even though its technically not allowed. Very happy with this app!!
