This app is amazing! It makes our site lively and interactive. I love all of its features, especially our Instagram feed. I highly recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store.

I really want to like this app but there are so many things wrong with it. 1. I cannot choose the video I want for my hero video. 2. Hero products video doesn't work. 3. I cant choose thumbnail for loop clips. 4. when I select auto play for loop clips, only 1 video plays on auto, some do too but all of them dont and most of them dont autoplay 100% of the time. 5. I cant choose the order of the stories. 6. none of the customizations really work for loop clips, let alone the other features. 7. the user interface is soooo bad, its pretty but simple things on the UX require work arounds just to make the website functional. 8. and the BIGGEST one of all, which I think is deceptive is that the media you upload goes to all the widgets - meaning what you use for stories, get played as the hero, the product gallery - you cannot specifically select content for specific widgets. thats ridiculous! Things will appear to work on sauce dashboard but on the actual site, it will not work. really unfortunate, how you guys can fix asap.

This is an application that has many great options. I have never received such a helpful and supportive service from the staff and the hardware development people. Thanks a lot for that Fede ! super appreciated

Having UGC content featured on our product pages has increased our conversion rate and AOV. Love that we can show our styles in an organic way, that's different from our Ecomm photography. Would definitely recommend this app!

I haven't found an app which does what Sauce does with slick design comprehension and with so many features. All the hard work put into Insta content EASILY slides into my website for a continuation on ROI. THANK YOU! Fede also offers great customer service, if you aren't getting the most of it, reach out and her team will guide you thru. Highly recommended.

We've been really happy with our Sauce experience. We were initially debating between Sauce and a competitor brand, and we're not regretting our decision! Fede is super responsive with any updates or issues and James has been so helpful and knowledgeable in implementing it all. We love the look of the Sauce videos on the website and the back end is very clever - and simple to use!

I have asked multiple times for my account to be closed! There is no option for closing an account yourself on the website. No one gets back to me. Don’t install this unless you can afford it!!! I will also be contacting Shopify to let them know about not being able to cancel a subscription with this mob. If I could give zero stars I would.

I love the features and functionality of Sauce. I had been searching for better ways to showcase my social media on my website and I went through lots and lots of apps until I finally found Sauce. Their features and functionality were totally in line with the use cases I had thought of and were looking for. In addition to that, their customer service is absolutely excellent. I had an issue with something and not only were they prompt to respond, but they were very understanding and reset a feature for me even though its technically not allowed. Very happy with this app!!

After a call with Fede, we saw how much more we can do with the tool, including adding specific images to product pages, making social proof into shopping content, and also tracking media for influencer and customer posted content.
