We've been really happy with our Sauce experience. We were initially debating between Sauce and a competitor brand, and we're not regretting our decision! Fede is super responsive with any updates or issues and James has been so helpful and knowledgeable in implementing it all. We love the look of the Sauce videos on the website and the back end is very clever - and simple to use!

I love Sauce! All the features are amazing and the team is so nice and always happy to help. After speaking with Fede we saw we can do more than we were even searching for. Social proof in our website is solved and much more. I can recommend 100% :))

I have asked multiple times for my account to be closed! There is no option for closing an account yourself on the website. No one gets back to me. Don’t install this unless you can afford it!!! I will also be contacting Shopify to let them know about not being able to cancel a subscription with this mob. If I could give zero stars I would.

This app makes it so easy for customers to simply buy the look! The team @ sauce have been fabulous with onboaring support and great advice on making the most it's features. I can highly recommend! I'm loving seeing all the content on our website too!

I love the features and functionality of Sauce. I had been searching for better ways to showcase my social media on my website and I went through lots and lots of apps until I finally found Sauce. Their features and functionality were totally in line with the use cases I had thought of and were looking for. In addition to that, their customer service is absolutely excellent. I had an issue with something and not only were they prompt to respond, but they were very understanding and reset a feature for me even though its technically not allowed. Very happy with this app!!

I've been a loyal Sauce user for years, initially incorporating it into my workflow at a former jewellery company, and now seamlessly integrating it into Yagya. This app stands out for its user-friendly interface, making tracking all your user-generated content (UGC) a breeze. The recent addition of video commerce features has taken our results to an astonishing new level. The team behind Sauce is incredibly supportive; they ensured we were fully operational within just a day. We signed up with Sauce as an easy way to show social proof on our website. After a call with Fede, we saw how much more we can do with the tool, including adding specific images to product pages, making social proof into shopping content, and also tracking media for influencer and customer posted content. The team are helpful, responsive and have helped us better our website! Couldn't recommend more!

Thanks to the help of Fede and James we have found a good solution for our 4 stores regarding UGC. It's super cool that we can customize the design according to our needs. Tagging is easy and the app is very user-friendly. We are pleased that our feature requests have been accepted and partly implemented. We can recommend the app, also because of the good customer service.

I've been using this app for about 4 years now - any time I need assistance, they're quick to respond and have been incredibly supportive recently when I needed some urgent help (to fix something caused by myself). I've trialed lots of these apps over the years, and always end up coming back to Sauce - I'm here to stay now! Highly recommend!

It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design. Update 2022/12/22 I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem. It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.

There are a few options to remove the 'grey band' you are seeing in your product page galleries. You can use the Fallback Gallery feature to fill the gallery with your most recent images for a richer customer experience. Alternatively, you can remove the background from the section where there are no items to display so it does not appear grey. You can't have a website without a shoppable instagram. The team at SNPT are great and really helpful. They made this happen with no fuss and amazing support.

I am updating my review since I got quite a lot of support from the Sauce team. They've jumped on zoom calls to give me an introductory session and explain the tips and tricks as well as hidden benefits of using the app. Thanks to Fede and Yemi in particular for checking in until I was happy and on my own two feet to start using the app. The app is a bit more than I expected but I now see its benefits.

The app is nice although it's missing some basic functions here and there. I've contacted support a number of times however they are not very responsive. On their live chat, I find myself having to follow up numerous times (this last time for over 2 weeks) and still waiting for a response. So 4 stars for the app but 2 stars for their support.
