Sauce: Instagram, TikTok & UGC

You can't have a website without a shoppable instagram. The team at SNPT are great and really helpful. They made this happen with no fuss and amazing support.

This app and the team that support it have been awesome for us. We continue to find new ways to work together as they really love their brands!

I am updating my review since I got quite a lot of support from the Sauce team. They've jumped on zoom calls to give me an introductory session and explain the tips and tricks as well as hidden benefits of using the app. Thanks to Fede and Yemi in particular for checking in until I was happy and on my own two feet to start using the app. The app is a bit more than I expected but I now see its benefits.

The app is nice although it's missing some basic functions here and there. I've contacted support a number of times however they are not very responsive. On their live chat, I find myself having to follow up numerous times (this last time for over 2 weeks) and still waiting for a response. So 4 stars for the app but 2 stars for their support.

I have logged in with this app already. I recently changed my insta password so I was trying to log in to this app again from Shopify but it's not working anymore. not sending a reset password either. If I try to sign up again it says this user id already exists and I tried their live chat and send a message for help. Nothing, nada. I feel so lost and this app put me in a loop I feel I can't get out of. :(

Its ridiculous the amount you are now charging a month for this. It used to be free. That is quite the jump. And there is basically no free option once you use 50 tags. VERY disapointed.

UX is awful. It won't let me search the influencer by their handle only with hashtags. It also won't let me add the influencer image to the product page without downloading code. It used to be easier to use but since they updated the app, it's gone downhill. Will probably delete the app and find something similar. 100% do not recommend.

This app is great! There’s so many amazing customizable features and most importantly it helps with social proof by getting UGC right onto your website!

Great app. I think it looks good on my website, and the library and settings are easy to navigate. This is the most minimal and fast loading IG apps I've tried, and I scouted through a few! Four stars instead of five because: (1) I'd love to see integration with conversion apps as I sell in multiple currencies. (2) The design on mobile is not as clean as for desktop imo, and from what I can tell I can't make customizations specifically for mobile. Will update if this changes! The support and sales teams are amazing!

Amazing app. Really helpful! Support is good. And the app is pretty customizable. I wish it have more features for the basic plan

Great app. Love the interface on both my website and the back end. Easy to navigate. Great set of tools to use for influencers and social media.

Good app, the only thing that's missing is that you can't actually show the real engagement of the posts and make the real ig post come up when ppl are clicking on it. Some other apps use this feature and I would love to see it in the future. But out of all the apps, I found this one to be the most user-friendly and it allows me to configure product pages with all our ig posts for the specific products. Would love to see an automated feature for this in the future. Something to automatically see what product tags we have on it posts and automatically show the post on the specific product page. Keep it up.

I did a mistake when filling the email and now I can't change it, so I have no access to the email verification page. That's very disturbing.

I filled in the wrong email address when registering. But I found that I was using an abandoned email address, and there was no button to click back or modify the email address except for showing the email verification page. so disappointing!

Although we ran into some issues installing the product page gallery at first, the support team has been super helpful! They helped to solve the header issue too - the style and when we need it to be hidden if there's no products tagged, the support and tech team acted very quickly. The rest of the features are super easy to use, really happy with this app. It would be great if the upload media feature can be included in the Pro plan (maybe with a limit to the number of photos you can upload?) as other users had shared the price for premium is not really accessible for small businesses.

Great app and seamless installation. This app adds much value to our shop. Very pleased with it + very responsive customer service.

Love this app! The Shoppable Galleries and the Shop Instagram page have helped to increase conversions. It literally paid for itself in one day after adding it. Very responsive customer service (Thank You Fede!). I like how you can track results and actually see which images are the most effective for conversions. The only thing I wish I could do (on the Pro plan) is to rearrange the images without having to upgrade to Premium. Highly recommended!

I love this app; I have had it for quite some time (since the early stages) and it is perfect for showcasing your influencers or customers on your own shopping page or on your product page. You can even add galleries to other areas of your website. It definitely gives you a modern edge with the social proof you need! Great service and a caring team. Thank you!
