I have asked multiple times for my account to be closed! There is no option for closing an account yourself on the website. No one gets back to me. Don’t install this unless you can afford it!!! I will also be contacting Shopify to let them know about not being able to cancel a subscription with this mob. If I could give zero stars I would.

I've been using this app for about 4 years now - any time I need assistance, they're quick to respond and have been incredibly supportive recently when I needed some urgent help (to fix something caused by myself). I've trialed lots of these apps over the years, and always end up coming back to Sauce - I'm here to stay now! Highly recommend!

It is a good tool, but it shows only a gray band on product pages that do not have UGC, which breaks up the sophistication of the shop design. Update 2022/12/22 I was told by customer support that it was impossible to get rid of the gray box before, except by using the Fallback Gallery feature, but they have now solved the problem. It would be a better tool if it were possible to analyze the performance of each UGC in more detail. The goal of UGC is not to get published, but it is also important to make improvements based on performance.
