Customer Support is on another level. Quick and got my issue solved. Join their Slack group as well, awesome inspo, great community, and overall the platform has awesome features worth building off of!

Instant is UNBELIEVABLE! My favourite tool out of any Shopify app but also easily the best Page builder you'll find. They are adding new features at a rapid pace and I have no doubt soon enough you'll be able to build every aspect of your store on there. Customer service is absolutely amazing as well. Stoked on this one!

Easily the best Shopify app to be able to customize your website sections and pages. The team is always introducing new features, creates great video documentation, and has a fantastic support team and and slack community. Highly recommend!

I've never experienced customer support like the Instant support team provides. They respond quickly and always find a solution to any issue. Their kindness and politeness make using the builder so much easier. The builder’s UI is intuitive and modern, making it easy for designers to adapt quickly, as it shares similarities with other popular builders. All of Sam's tutorial videos are super easy to understand and follow along with. I truly hope they maintain this level of support and care as they grow. A big thank you to Jay and Arsal. You’re both amazing!

Great thoughtful features out of the box to help optimize CRO. The wide array of templates also make it easy to build different components quickly. The tool is made with responsive design in mind. Being able to easily make edits that are mobile only and desktop only makes size specific optimizations even easier. In terms of customer service, each team member I've interacted with has been friendly and eager to help. As a non developer, I know that if I get stuck, I can submit a ticket and their customer service team will get back to me right away. Helps prevent delays in pushing out pages due to technical issues. Recently, a rep named Arslan, helped me with some sizing issues that I couldn't figure out and he proactively also identified another issue on my page that I didn't catch. As a founder with a small team, this is the kind of support I'm looking for.

After using all of the popular page builders Instant is hands-down my favorite tool. They just make it work, in an extremely efficient and fast way. Even more impressive might be there support team! Literally got 10's of tickets handled within the hour. Would recommend Instant to anyone!

Easy to use, constant adding features. This made my journey building a webshop 100% easier. At first i wanted to let a creator build me a webshop but 15k was to much for me, so i needed a alternative and then i found instant with the extremely good support that helped me really out. I recommend this for anyone!
