We moved to Instant from GemPages a while ago and we're really happy with how it works. The editor is the biggest win. It's responsive, it does what you expect it to do, and we haven't run into the sluggishness we were used to before. Two features stand out for us: support for meta fields, and synced components. The latter saves a lot of time, since we no longer have to update the same section on every page separately. Support and communication have been excellent too. We ran into some issues right before our website launch, and the team was generous enough to give us extra product template pages so we didn't have to delay the launch. Other small hiccups along the way were picked up quickly as well. The AI agent is also worth mentioning. It's smart and gives useful answers to the questions that come up while you're working, which means less back and forth. One small wish: a Cloud MCP would make the software even more powerful. That aside, we're very positive about Instant.

Amazing page builder. The level of customization is unmatched and any time I need support, they seem to be right on top of it and have a solution to my issue very quickly. Team is very professional and helpful especially in those more technical situations.

So far its been a really good experience. The website builder is easy to use and the AI builder is very helpful too. There are occasionally some issues, but the support team is very helpful and quick to assist. Definitely a good platform to use, would recommend.

infinite times better than Gempages. For non techy's like me. Love it. Like all AI's Instant AI also takes you for a ride sometimes. But then their human support team has been great so far. 4 Star bcos of token hungry, a bit clunky AI. otherwise full 5 stars.

I have zero clue how to code. Zero clue how to build a website... but this made it as if I had been designing for years. Jay is always on top of it and willing to help. The AI bot is very easy to work with. As long as you come in with clear and concise directions you will end up with the website of your dreams.

Coen, Jay, Egor, and the whole team at Instant is extremely competent, super friendly, and always ready to help. The app is really strong and allows to build sections and pages at lightning speed. And they launch new features and improvements every week.. Trust me, try Instant and you won't regret it.

I switched from Replo because there were just too many things Replo doesn't do natively that Instant handles out of the box. The UI is simple but packed with features, and it's been especially good for us selling across multiple markets. Support has been great too. Responsive and very accommodating every time I've reached out. The AI builder is a huge timesaver for getting pages up fast. It gets lost sometimes and needs steering, but it still saves me far more time than it costs.

An absolute must-have for anyone new to Shopify or simply looking to level up their store's presentation and user experience. Instant allows us to bring our exact vision to life without any developers or code. We can ship updates and optimise our conversion rate on our own, and as a new brand with limited resourcing and a trust gap to bridge this is SO important. The support team have been incredibly fast to respond and have actually gotten hands on with our theme and account to help us resolve any issues we have had. The platform itself is intuitive, flexible and miles ahead of other page builders we’ve tried from a UX perspective. It genuinely feels like Framer for Shopify. Highly recommend.

The support is next level when something doesn't work they dive in and help find the problem. 99% of the time its intuitive and just works, the remaining 1% of the time there's someone there eager to help.

The interface is very good, the AI was not working so well and then... Customer support reached out to me and taught me how to use the AI, very positive experience overall. 5/5 recommendation. Shout out to Colin on customer support!
