Auch der Support ist top: schnell, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Man merkt, dass hier wirklich Interesse daran besteht, dass das Tool im Alltag funktioniert. Was man aber auch sagen muss: Sobald es darum geht, umfangreiche Produktseiten mit dynamischen Inhalten aufzubauen, wird es schnell komplex. Die Einrichtung und Pflege der dynamischen Felder – besonders bei vielen Produkten oder Varianten – ist teilweise aufwendig und braucht etwas Einarbeitung.
