I judge products not just by how well they work, but by how support responds when they don’t. Instant delivers on both. Huge thanks to Jay and Arslan — consistently responsive, resourceful, and helpful. The builder has a bit of a learning curve, but I was able to get up and running with Shopify quickly. I appreciate the granular control across screen sizes and the deep integration with the Shopify ecosystem. My only frustration is with components — adding or editing elements can be inconsistent. Sometimes it works smoothly; other times, not at all. Still, this is a strong tool for Shopify design, and it keeps improving.

Best shopify builder I've came across so far. Team is very responsive and helpful Still missing a few important things (social integrations, more flexibility on actions etc) but they are lauching new features every week so it will only be a matter of time

I have been using Instant Section & Page Builder on my Shopify store for three months. It has completely changed how quickly and easily I can launch new pages because no coding is required. The drag and drop interface is incredibly intuitive and the library of mobile responsive templates ensures every page looks polished right away. Publishing sections to my live theme only takes a couple of clicks and I no longer have to wrestle with Liquid or theme files. Their customer support is outstanding and I receive personalized video walkthroughs within hours whenever I have a question. Since adding Instant to our toolkit our conversion rates and average order value have improved thanks to rapid A B testing of landing pages. The Figma integration is the cherry on top since my designs import perfectly every time reducing development time by half. Instant is now essential to our growth strategy and I highly recommend it!

Instant Builder made customizing our storefront incredibly easy. The interface is intuitive, fast, and doesn’t require any coding knowledge—which saved us a ton of time. Their support team is also fantastic—super responsive and helpful whenever we needed guidance. Highly recommended if you're looking for flexibility and speed in building pages on Shopify!

I'm still getting to grips with Instant, but I'm really pleased with what we've been able to accomplish without needing a developer. The support team has been incredibly prompt and helpful.

Excellent app with a few shortcomings, but the laser-fast response of support makes up for anything missing. They've even incorporated suggestions I made in the past. I hope they can maintain this level of quality as they grow.
