It's very convenient and powerful tool which helped me to build my shopify store just in couple days. They also have really good support which can help you in live mode directly in the editor, solved all layout issues i had in 5 min.

Very helpful service. Started with AI assistance - which it provided helpful feedback however, there is only so much that AI could help me with, AI suggested I request human help and I was then connected with Arslan from Instant and my problem was resolved instantly using the collab access. Super helpful and saved so much of my time. Appreciate it.

Instant provides hands-down THE best customer service of any Shopify app I've ever used. And, they've provided that excellent service for over a year on the multiple websites I've published using their service. Instant is constantly releasing new features. Instant training is fantastic. The platform is intuitive. In my opinion, Instant is a must-have no-code website creation tool. I can't imagine building a site without it.

The support has always been helpful & their slack group is great! We had a massive issue that took out one of our pages (after uploading ChatGPT HTML that messed up the page), and they were on top of it & helped uncover the root of errors that was stopping certain functions from working. Also, great software, easy to use & works like it's supposed to.

I've just started building our new website using this app and it's been fantastic so far! The customization options are super flexible, and the logic flows perfectly from simple to advanced setups. Instant Builder is an absolute game-changer — incredibly versatile, easy to use, and packed with smart features that make page building fast and intuitive. The customer service team is fantastic: quick, friendly, and genuinely helpful every time I’ve reached out. The only downside is the pricing structure. The upfront pricing doesn’t clearly mention how many pages are included in each plan, and publishing limits can feel restrictive — especially if you want to build multiple category or collection pages. It can get expensive fast once you start expanding your site. That said, the app itself is excellent — beautifully designed, powerful, and constantly improving. Overall, a must-have tool for anyone serious about building better pages in Shopify!

Really good builder! Much more intuitive than anything else I've used thus far. If you're coming from Framer, this is a good alternative that's native to Shopify. Hoping they keep releasing lots of new features.

This is the best customer service and technical service I have ever experienced. As a business owner building her website, with very little technical skill, it really makes a HUGE difference to be able to speak to someone as I am editing along the way. Not only this, but the interfaces are so easy to work with and are so accessible. The interface of Shopify has been such a burden until I came across Instant. Now I feel in control of how my shop looks without having to hire someone!
