This app is exactly what I've been looking for. And... it's FREE. I am already using there theme and just now discovered all the amazing apps they offer for free.

So far, I just installed this app and it seems like it's going to work great for me, my store, and most importantly my customers. Excited to see how it helps me build and maintain better customer service and relationships.

This is exactly what I was hoping for when I was searching for a quick and organized way to create a FAQ on my website. This app is very easy to learn and has plenty to offer, especially as a free app. I would easily give 5 stars, but I had an issue with the app on day 1, which I am currently waiting on a resolution from RoarTheme. A lot of my progress was not saved (even after clicking the Save button multiple times throughout the process of adding content). The app froze up and I had to refresh the page after waiting over an hour for the save icon to complete a save I had made. When I logged back in to the app a lot of my questions and answers had disappeared. Hours of work, gone. I am hoping my questions were secretly saved and I don't have to retype everything. If this happens I don't mind coming back and changing to 4 or 5 stars, because the app is really great when it works properly.

Solves my problem! Helps our customers and not enabling laziness. I love the fact the app allows the ability to still reach direct out to us for those unique issues.

Very easy to use right off the bat. Very self-explanatory template. I like how it becomes it's own feature on my website rather than another category in a nested menu.

Copying and pasting into the editor is easy, but impossible to edit. Text behaves differently in the app, in the preview and on the website. Additionally, you MUST SAVE OFTEN. There is no prompting. If you work for 30mins, all your work will be lost. Other than those things, it works well and is free!

works well and does the essential. would appreciate it if there was more language support as some of us need to change buttons, themes and a lot of words in local languages other than English
