This App is just WOW! Very Very good app and professional. Very easy to use also. This app alone I think is a meaningful upgrade to a website. Also, I checked the RoarTheme themes which this app promotes for Shopify. I like them they are modern and clean themes. When I will upgrade my website I will surely consider one of those.

After changing into new theme, the app doesn't appear in my store. Really disappointing with this app.
Hello, I think you changed your live theme without running the app install wizard to add the required code to your new theme. Please refer to the below link, it will let you know the next steps https://haloroar.com/app/faq/support/install Sometimes it may take up to 20-30 seconds to view applied changes at a storefront after being saved. Please help me to check it again and let me know your results :) Hope this helps!

The app its self looks ok! But I was writing FAQ's for all day and when I clicked enable its all gone and asked me to log in to my store! I am soooooo angry All day work just gone!!!

Easy to use for both us and our customers. It's doing the job on reducing messages for us to individually respond to and thus providing timely info/answers for customers.

Pretty straightforward use. Easy to install and customize. I spend a few minutes to understand it functionality. I needed more times to write answers. That would be your major time investment.

Good app. I stuffed around trying to make a FAQ, got fed up, and then found this app. It easily helped me make a professional FAQ and helpdesk. Recommended.

Love, love, love this app! It serves great as a self-service help center to allow customers to be more independent when shopping online with a systematic way of finding answers without having us to be online with them. Please seriously consider adding the option to display the FAQ as a widget and/or page (deep linking?). I really love the widget but I still hope to link the FAQ in the footer for customers who may miss it. Also, it would be super helpful in cleaning up the mobile browsing experience because widgets tend to overwhelm phone screens, especially when they start to grow in numbers. But yes, great job on the app!

app cannot edit and save. it stuck forever after clicking save. Please fix this app because apart from that, it is really reliable
