Théau has been exceptional to work with. Our use case was complex and not straightforward, yet he took the time to walk through everything in detail and ensure I fully understood how to move forward. It’s rare to find app support like this. SyncBase ultimately gave us the solution we needed, and Théau’s support and clarity made the entire experience stand out.

Théau and Julien at Syncbase have been so helpful in getting us set up despite our fairly challenging Shopify setup (custom metafields, specific HTML rules, etc.), and the system is working exactly as it should. Thanks guys!

Syncs fast, Sync Errors tab gives good reassurance on what goes wrong, but whatever does go wrong, the team is super responsive and helpful!

SyncBase is the exact solution we were looking. The integration setup was incredibly quick and very easy, everything was setup in minutes and fully synced in a few hours. The near real-time integration is lightning fast and has worked flawlessly in both directions. Théau and the entire team really went above and beyond taking the time to understand our specific use case. We highly recommend this app and team!

AMAZING APP! Does what it says and just works. Instant sync from either Shopify or Airtable is an absolute game changer. I have been able to build everything I needed for my custom business solution just from this App. The support team has also been extremely helpful and quick to respond to any of my questions!

Game changer! Our company has been trying to find a suitable PIM that could connect seamless to Shopify for a couple of years now. We are very happy with Syncbase and are able to do real time adjustments from Airtable to Shopify and vice versa with no issues. Theau and Julien have been super helpful.
