Nous avons installé Syncbase sur notre boutique Shopify pour gagner en efficacité et en précision sur la gestion de nos fiches produits. Le moins que l'on puisse dire est que cette application a transformé notre gestion quotidienne. Synchronisation ultra rapide et fiable de nos produits, gains de temps dans la gestion et l'animation de nos fiches produits. Ce qui nous prenais 3h se fait en 30 secondes. L'intégration est rapide et les intervenants no-code Airtable permettent d'adapter l'outil à notre besoin. Et enfin, le support client est irréprochable : à l'écoute, réactif et compétent. Bref, Merci à toute l’équipe Syncbase – on recommande à 100 % à tous ceux qui veulent fiabiliser leurs flux produits et gagner en sérénité sur Shopify.

This app was just what I needed. I have been tracking manually the move from marketplace customers to customers who buy directly from us on Shopify, and this makes the process automatic. The team has also been super helpful and responsive. I can't recommend the app and the team highly enough.

As someone without a strong tech background, I was able to set it up easily without any issues. And the real time syncing with Airtable has allowed me to handle my product catalog quickly and with ease. Also, impressed with the prompt and great support from the Syncbase team!

SyncBase 5/5 – Indispensable pour piloter Shopify depuis Airtable Boutique avec >2 800 variantes et beaucoup de métachamps produits (catalogue marketplaces). SyncBase nous a permis de : Centraliser la saisie dans Airtable Pousser automatiquement les valeurs vers Shopify sans passer par Make/Zapier (moins cher et plus facile ); Rafraîchir le schéma facilement quand on crée un nouveau métachamp ; Mettre en place des vues “à compléter / prêt à publier” pour nettoyer la donnée et gagner du temps. Support parfait : Théau est ultra‑pédagogue, Alex très technique et d’une efficacité redoutable, tous deux ultra‑réactifs (quasi 24/24) et concrets dans leurs explications (SKU, mapping, qualité de données, etc.). On a de la chance d’avoir une équipe de développeurs en France pour un outil aussi avancé. En résumé : outil indispensable si vous voulez garder Airtable comme back‑office catalogue et Shopify parfaitement synchronisé. 5/5.

We successfully synced about 13,500 products without any issues and were really impressed with how smoothly everything transferred over. The app is incredibly powerful and flexible, a must-have for any serious Shopify-Airtable workflow. But what truly sets Syncbase apart is the exceptional support. Théau and Alex have been beyond amazing thoughtful, proactive, and deeply knowledgeable. They took the time to understand our specific use case, answered every question in detail, and even helped troubleshoot complex edge cases with real care and urgency. It's rare to come across a team this dedicated. Huge thanks to the Syncbase team we’re looking forward to building even more with you!

GAME CHANGER. I had no idea how perfect Airtable would be for managing my Shopify listings until I saw it laid out so perfectly by SyncBase... making bulk changes is a dream, and everything instantly syncs in both directions. Truly incredible. I'm now building out some scenarios in Make to automate aspects of listing products, and the ability to work out of Airtable fields is amazing. Last but not least.. I have to shout out these co-founders, who have both personally responded to several emails and asked for my input on a feature they are working on. These guys get it. Be my French boyfriend, Théau!!
