If you want better conversion, focusing on a better UX with SEARCH will be part of the strategy. We have been using Instant Search and have seen the use of the SEARCH menu bar triple (both in mobile and desktop)

Awesome ! Ed helped us through the long process of some template conflicts that were causing major headaches! The stuck in there with us until all was sorted - 5 Star support! And excellent search results. what more do you want?

Great app... I had an issue where my site was built on Hubspot for the homepage and Shopify is the store part of it. The team at Instant Search + helped with getting the search embedded to the HubSpot pages with no issues. These people are super fast with replying back to tickets. Thanks team.. super helpful!

they don't let you know that trial has ended + they coruppted all the search results. i lost a lot of sales because this app decided to show my customers empty pages when my trial has ended ( before i installed the app my search was good) that's a very bad behaviour ,and the owner of this app probably seeing $$$$ as the only metric and don't care about the users
So sorry for your bad experience and thank you for that important feedback, we’ve changed our integration with Shopify theme files so this issue no longer exists. Easy to install and very happy with the results. Much better than the shopify search originally on my store. Love being able to filter results too.

The Instant Search + app is an eye-opener! Stop looking for alternatives. It is quite easy to set up and has a load of very useful options to configure and leaves all configurations what is shown in your shop just to you. You are in the drivers seat! It works fast and offers your visitors and customers plenty of additional access layers. It offers advanced search and display functionalities that I have not found anywhere else. It is for sure worth the money! I had an issue with currency display initially, but they solved it professionally and in no time. Install it today!

And they've done it again! Thanks to Jay who fixed our issue seconds after I reached out to the Zen support team! You rock! Kudos to Jeff, Ed and the team! Awesome support. They fixed our issue instantly and with amazing personalized service. They paid special attention to the fact that it was Friday and we needed to have everything perfect for the weekend. I'd recommend this app to everyone. Thanks so much guys!

Instant Search works right out of the box. It's very easy to install and gives excellent results as you type. I like that you can also add some specific keywords to show specific products. What I like less is their interface. It's ugly and I wish they would use Shopify's framework to make a more user friendly layout. It really doesn't want to go in and customize all of your options. Another bummer is that the lower plan only allows you to see the last 30 days of stats. Knowing what keywords were the most searched in the last year or last 6 months would be great... but I'm not going to pay an extra 60$+ per month for that option. Overall, it does what it says and it does it well. My visitors use it more than I though.

This is a very effective search application and the support provided in order to get the best out of Instant Search + is extremely good.

One of the few things we were happy to bring with us from our old Magento website. Extremely easy to set up and get running with all the options and capabilities we had before. All backed by great customer support (although it's unlikely you'll need it).
