Hi Shopify Support Team, I’m facing an issue with the Interakt app integration on my Shopify store. The WhatsApp widget is not appearing on the website, despite completing the setup and configuration from my end. This is preventing me from going live, as I’m unable to properly test the customer journey and workflows. I have already coordinated with the Interakt team, but the issue is still unresolved. It appears there may be a problem with how the app is rendering or being injected into the theme. Additionally, I have already paid $51 for the service, but since installation, I have not been able to use it at all. Due to this, I request you to please process a refund at the earliest. Kindly check: Whether the app embed is correctly enabled in the theme If there is any theme-level conflict preventing the widget from loading Any script or permission-related issue from Shopify’s side This is urgent, and I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this or processing the refund.
