Very good support from the team
Fairly average experience. The pre onboarding support is good up until you make the payment. After that it is very difficult to get support for anything. Abandoned cart messages never work, Order confirmations fail about 30% of the time, shipping confirmations about 10% of the time. Support to resolve these issues are non-existent. Tried it for 8 months, now I have made the switch to AISensy.
This app is very good for connecting and doing business on WhatsApp. The support team is also very helpful.
I have been disappointed with my experience using Interakt. They offer a 14-day demo, but it does not provide access to all features, including key integrations. As a result, the only way to properly test the platform was to pay $51. Unfortunately, after paying, the app did not work as expected, leaving me out of pocket without being able to adequately evaluate the product. The chatbot builder is also very basic, with limited features and a clunky user experience. It lacks the flexibility and functionality I expected, making it difficult to build and manage effective automated conversations. Before signing up, I was also promised a fast-tracked onboarding/demo process. However, after payment was made, I was informed that I would need to wait approximately a week. This was frustrating as it did not match the expectations set during the sales process. The support has also been poor. Despite raising several issues, I have not received satisfactory resolutions, and communication has often been slow and unhelpful. For a platform focused on customer communication and automation, I expected a much higher standard of support. Unfortunately, due to the lack of effective support, the limitations of the chatbot builder, and unresolved issues, I have decided to uninstall the platform and move to an alternative.
We have had a wonderful experience with the Interakt support team. We have been using the Interakt WhatsApp API system for more than 3 years, and it has helped us increase our WhatsApp inquiries and boost our sales. The application is very helpful for our business, especially because the mobile app is available, which makes it easy for us to chat anytime. The customer support team is excellent. Whenever we face any issue, we just drop an email and the team gives quick support. A special thanks to Nishant Arora for the Google Meet training and support. The training was very helpful and made it easy for us to learn and understand everything clearly. Thank you, Interakt team, for your great support. We only have one small request: please update the Interakt dashboard with a newer and faster UI. This is just our opinion. Overall, we are very happy with Interakt and truly appreciate your service.
I had a disappointing experience with Interakt. I installed the app only to evaluate its features and used it for a very short period, yet I was billed approximately $21. When I contacted support, I was informed that the charge would still apply even though the app was installed for only a few hours and later uninstalled. What was most frustrating was the lack of flexibility in resolving the issue. I requested a refund or app credits as a goodwill adjustment, but my request was declined. The support team repeatedly stated that once a subscription starts, the bill must be paid regardless of the actual usage. The platform itself may be useful for some businesses, but the billing experience and customer support response left me dissatisfied. I would recommend that new users carefully review the billing terms before installing the app, even for testing purposes.

There are a lot of negative reviews about this product, and to be fair, many of them are valid. I had a similar experience at first. However, everything changed when I was assigned to a support agent named Pranali. She resolved about 99% of my issues in a one-hour Google Meet session. Now my account is on autopilot: all automations are set up, and every setting has been optimized.
Hi Shopify Support Team, I’m facing an issue with the Interakt app integration on my Shopify store. The WhatsApp widget is not appearing on the website, despite completing the setup and configuration from my end. This is preventing me from going live, as I’m unable to properly test the customer journey and workflows. I have already coordinated with the Interakt team, but the issue is still unresolved. It appears there may be a problem with how the app is rendering or being injected into the theme. Additionally, I have already paid $51 for the service, but since installation, I have not been able to use it at all. Due to this, I request you to please process a refund at the earliest. Kindly check: Whether the app embed is correctly enabled in the theme If there is any theme-level conflict preventing the widget from loading Any script or permission-related issue from Shopify’s side This is urgent, and I would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving this or processing the refund. Looking forward to your prompt response.
