I have been using Interakt for a long time now!! The app is so useful and have helped increase my ROI with a lot of automations and marketing campaigns. The support team is the best, worked with Nash and Siddharth. And the best part! Their pricing plan is sooo affordable. Highly recommended!!

Interakt – Sell on WhatsApp has been a seamless addition to our Shopify store at Supersox. Setting it up was quick, and syncing our product catalog to WhatsApp was effortless. One-click catalog sharing makes it easy to promote products. Customers can directly add items to their carts from WhatsApp. Helps us recover abandoned carts and improve conversions. Simple and effective way to turn WhatsApp inquiries into sales. This app has made our WhatsApp channel a powerful sales tool. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has helped us engage better with our customers. Definitely recommend it!

App is good....too many bugs....gets disconnected...but customer support and onboarding team is very poor in interaktion...they think that we new clients are experts and will do everything by ourselves...for name sake they are account onboarding specialist but not helpful at all....very poor experience...I paid for 1 year...before payment they called me 10 times...after payment I called them 10 times...they replied 1 time...saying Do it yourself Shopify and CRM dont work together...Was assigned an account manager Mr Ashwak who is not helpful and is pointless to have such people as support team. they dont care Sales team is only promising on Sales...and soon after you pay, they divert you to other departments

Interakt Platform is good for automated campaigns and seamless catalog integration. However, one piece of feedback: there is no option to filter customers who have clicked a button in the welcome message.
