There has been absolutely no help from Interakt. The customer service is the worst I have come across. The payments are not going through from over 2 months and we have been requesting them to cancel the subscription, only to hear silence. Extremely bad way oof doing business

App is good....too many bugs....gets disconnected...but customer support and onboarding team is very poor in interaktion...they think that we new clients are experts and will do everything by ourselves...for name sake they are account onboarding specialist but not helpful at all....very poor experience...I paid for 1 year...before payment they called me 10 times...after payment I called them 10 times...they replied 1 time...saying Do it yourself Shopify and CRM dont work together...Was assigned an account manager Mr Ashwak who is not helpful and is pointless to have such people as support team. they dont care Sales team is only promising on Sales...and soon after you pay, they divert you to other departments

why you are charging subscription fees even after uninstalling your app and sent google form as well. as i have received the email from you that you are not going to charge. This is not a fair practice refund my money asap. Worst experience so far refund my money

Worst app. worst support team. Team is highly inefficient and dont know the setup process and have failed miserably. Due to their misunderstanding our website is not at stake. Dont opt for this at any condition

WORSE ever, i cancelled my subscription on jan 9th, it did not work for 45 days for which they refused to refund. BUT BUT BUT, they did not guide to uninstall the app from shopify and later charged for 4 months, when i confronted them, they refused to refund. I cancelled the subscription on their dashboard with their customer suport on call. DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. BETTER TO GET SHIPROCKET ENGAGE, they charge per msg instead of monthly scams like this

Dear Interakt Team, We are writing to formally express our concern regarding the recent experience with your service integration on our Shopify store. Despite our interest in using Interakt, we faced multiple technical issues from the beginning, including incomplete setup and delayed response times from your system. This has significantly affected our onboarding experience, and as a result, we decided to cancel the service within a week of installation. The cancellation was purely based on service inefficiencies and not due to any fault on our part. However, we are now receiving communication from your team in a pressuring tone, which is not appreciated, especially given the circumstances. Kindly understand that we did not receive the level of service promised and should not be liable for any charges when the setup was never fully functional. We request you to: Confirm the cancellation of the service without any further charges. Stop any further communication that includes undue pressure or inappropriate tone. Share a written confirmation that no charges will be levied going forward. We hope this matter can be resolved professionally and amicably. 7th March Feedback: very poor customer support. Raising tickets but no response. Customer success manager is of little use. He replies once in a while with no tangible action. He tries to help only the 1st time to push you to upgrade. Then you are left on your own. Adding my comment on 10th April: Status quo. No change. The support team is unqualified and untrained. They don't know how to set up what they have assured/sold. Attention prospective buyers: don't fall for their promos on: "Click to what's app Meta Ads". There is an issue and they don't have a solution.

*Pay Attention to all the negative reviews - the experience is NOT good!* The interface is not intuitive and has a steep learning curve compared to other alternatives. However, given their competitive pricing, we went ahead with them. However, the customer service team lacks the basic soft skills required to communicate (and is very rude). As a customer, you feel trapped signing up for a whole year because there is no cancellation policy, so you cannot get your money back no matter how bad the experience is. There is no escalation team you can contact. So save your time and money and find another alternative.

Pathetic support. Recent updated from interakt made my mobile phone interakt so buggy that I am not able to send whatsapp messages or images or catelogue. I raised a ticket but no resolution till date. whatsapp business is so important for small brands like me. Not satisfied with the support experience, just a bot appears most of the times redirecting us to some known issue docs.
