i have been using Interakt for the last 4 months, Super effective for my D2C brands, great WISMO Awareness through its easy to make Templates recommended!

Overall good experience using the platform, does have some pitfalls but Nishant Arora from the support team has helped lot!

We have been using Interakt for around a year now and found it to be a good tool for WhatsApp marketing. The integration and campaign features work well and are easy to use. Though the platform still has room for improvement to make it more user-friendly, we understand it’s in a developing stage and expect it to become even better in the future. The only major concern is the delay and lack of clarity in support responses. While some team members are helpful, the support team overall needs to be more knowledgeable about Interakt’s features to guide users effectively. Apart from that, everything else is good — we’re happy to use a platform proudly made in India.

Interakt is a great WhatsApp tool for Shopify users. The automation, and support features are all on point!

Interakt works well and has some useful automation and catalog features for WhatsApp. However, they must improve on their support.

Interakt Platform is good for automated campaigns and seamless catalog integration. However, one piece of feedback: there is no option to filter customers who have clicked a button in the welcome message.
