When I contacted support, I was informed that the charge would still apply even though the app was installed for only a few hours and later uninstalled. What was most frustrating was the lack of flexibility in resolving the issue. I requested a refund or app credits as a goodwill adjustment, but my request was declined. The support team repeatedly stated that once a subscription starts, the bill must be paid regardless of the actual usage. The platform itself may be useful for some businesses, but the billing experience and customer support response left me dissatisfied. I would recommend that new users carefully review the billing terms before installing the app, even for testing purposes.
