Bavarian Automotive review for Interakt ‑ WhatsApp Marketing
I have been disappointed with my experience using Interakt. They offer a 14-day demo, but it does not provide access to all features, including key integrations. As a result, the only way to properly test the platform was to pay $51. Unfortunately, after paying, the app did not work as expected, leaving me out of pocket without being able to adequately evaluate the product. The chatbot builder is also very basic, with limited features and a clunky user experience. It lacks the flexibility and functionality I expected, making it difficult to build and manage effective automated conversations. Before signing up, I was also promised a fast-tracked onboarding/demo process. However, after payment was made, I was informed that I would need to wait approximately a week. This was frustrating as it did not match the expectations set during the sales process. The support has also been poor. Despite raising several issues, I have not received satisfactory resolutions, and communication has often been slow and unhelpful. For a platform focused on customer communication and automation, I expected a much higher standard of support. Unfortunately, due to the lack of effective support, the limitations of the chatbot builder, and unresolved issues, I have decided to uninstall the platform and move to an alternative.
