Interparcel’s seamless integration in my website at SubieLiftOz.com.au has been smooth and reliable, or you can use their easy shipping booking through their website. I've been with Interparcel for around 8 years and find they provide the best shipping rates both domestically and overseas, plus excellent customer service with real people! Shout out to Samantha who has been awesome with her wealth of experience and has saved me many times with difficult overseas shipments.

Interparcel have been absolutely amazing. I use them for all shipping both local and international. There platform works seamlessly with Shopify and as soon as I get an order on Shopify it automatically has all the details and best price on the interparcel interface. It also has an easy setup so it prints the formatted labels easily. Looks professional and saves time and money. Best thing ever.

Great integration with Shopify and great customer service when there is an issue with lost parcels due to courier incompetence.

Honestly this has been a game changer for how we ship at Dough Bros Pizza Ovens. As soon as an order comes through it's already sitting there in the shipping manager, no faffing about manually entering addresses or details. I just check it over, hit approve and it's done. Considering we're shipping pizza ovens which aren't exactly small or light, having that speed and simplicity makes a massive difference to our day. Cuts out so much back and forth and lets us get orders out the door way quicker. Can't recommend it enough if you're after something that just works without the hassle.

I moved over to Interparcel after Sendle went bust, and it's been like night and day. Onboarding and integration support, discounted rates (after I boycott Aramex) with all remaining couriers to suit, the live chat is well above average (as you're able to chat with a human during business hours), and cases are all followed up via email. I've been assigned an account manager who seemingly goes above and beyond to close claims, price match large/bulk shipment quotes, check in to see how things are going and how they can improve. In a world of e-commerce, A.I. chat, and a diluted market for couriers, this platform is user friendly, ever improving and has been fantastic. Highly recommend.

Scammers>> This company is absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I send a parcel through them, it either gets lost or takes an extremely long time to arrive. The delivery times never match the information they provide in their quote, which is completely misleading. What’s even worse is their customer support. When I raise an issue, it takes 2–3 weeks just for them to start doing anything. By that point, the situation is already frustrating and often unresolved. This is not a professional company — it’s a complete mess. I genuinely believe they should be removed from the Shopify platform because they are damaging businesses that rely on reliable shipping services. I would never recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Shipping costs are competitive, but the app has several limitations. Amazon and eBay orders imported via Shopify Marketplace Connect are not automatically fetched and must be entered manually. Interparcel tracking references are also not recognised by Tracking apps in Shopify, therefore shipment status always remains at "Tracking added". Work around requiring manual updates using the carrier’s native tracking number, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

Cant recommend enough! able to get access to very good freight pricing, very easy to use system and most importantly very fast customer support! Daisy has replied to my emails soo fast everytime, the online chat help is also very good. just had a very weird issue which was caused on the other side which wasnt interparcels system but they managed to find the fault and fix it for me, on top of this ive mentioned a few features which would be cool to see and they are working on these to, dont hesitate to get this integration it is very much worth it

Integration is fantastic, especially now that Australia Post is an option. Saves an incredible amount of time. Prices at Interparcel are also quite competitive. Martin has been great at providing me with the best service. The claims team could be a bit more logical and transparent. Everything else is great.

The shopify app has taken our online business to another level. I can log in anytime and find anything I need to know. I can search any of our products and find their stats within a minute. Now that I’ve incorporated shipping into the app, I’m now also shipping with ease. Shopify integrates also with our accounting program which has again made our business so much easier to run and operate. I’m not very tech savvy person so the one on one assistance I’ve experienced from the shopify team to help set up our shopify has been fantastic. Highly recommend any business to use this app.
