We reached out to Intuitive when we realized that Shopify's shipping feature wouldn't cut it for the complicated shipping scenarios of our B2B website. We are among the early adopters of Shopify B2B and Intuitive did not have an out-of-the-box solution for our percentage-based shipping tiers. However, Intuitive's team worked very closely with our web developer to ensure their app works on our checkout page. Their work ensured that we could launch our website with confidence. The app itself has several conditional rules that would fit the needs of most businesses. Their customer service is extremely responsive and follows through to make sure the solution is implemented.
