This app just works. You can set it and forget it, or you can tweak and change to your heart's content. The tutorials are easy to use and it is super-easy to schedule a screenshare meeting with their team. I've met with two different support techs and they were both incredibly talented and attentive to my needs. I've never felt like they want me to adopt their way of thinking, they always listen to my goal and help me use the software to achieve that goal. Give it a shot, you don't have anything to lose.
