Madhatter Magic Shop review for Intuitive Shipping

I had tried at least five other shipping apps before stumbling upon Intuitive Shipping—WOW! This app has been amazing. It integrates seamlessly with not only Shopify but also ShipStation. It has streamlined our different pricing methods and made our shipping cost calculations much more accurate. It has also allowed us to offer free shipping scenarios that differentiate between various carriers and product lines. What has been so refreshing is the customer support. I was able to speak with a real, live person who helped me set up our shop. They were incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. I truly felt like a valued customer because the representative took the time to understand my needs and then helped me customize the app to fit our unique business model. I am so happy I stumbled upon this app—it has saved me a lot of hassle and is also user-friendly. While the app is a bit more expensive than others I tried, the superb customer service makes it well worth the investment. Plus, I didn’t find any other apps that integrate with ShipStation. After spending hours on the help desk with ShipStation and Shopify—only to go nowhere—this app solved the problem we were having. Thank you, Intuitive Shipping! You all rock!
