We've been very happy with this app! We aim to provide transparent information to our customers regarding shipping dates, delivery dates, etc. This app has been instrumental in that regard. Additionally, the ability to calculate the ideal carton size and provide shipping quotes accordingly is absolutely essential now that carriers are using dimensional weight. It's especially important for costly expedited methods. Finally, support is top notch! Inquiries are answered promptly and they most always have a solution for something we're looking to accomplish.
