Calido review for Intuitive Shipping

This app is awesome! We are using it on our site where we ship various types of products with awkward combinations such as pallets and parcels and we have lots of postcode driven pricing rates. Until now we haven't managed a way to get an app to do exactly what we wanted it to do, instead we changed our product offering and prices to suit what other apps could offer. We got 90% of the way with the set up and couldn't get some of the combinations to work as we wanted. We reached out to the support team and Paul was amazing. From the initial zoom call to figure out our needs to the follow up emails everything was super clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this app - the one suggestion I have to anyone considering it, especially if you have complex shipping processes is to map out what you need from the app and engage with the guys early on - this would have saved us lots of time but we got there in the end!
