Michael and the intuitive shipping team genuinely deserves this one. We came to Intuitive Shipping with a somewhat complex setup, multiple product categories (ovens, flour, accessories), weight-based pricing, regional surcharges, remote zone exclusions across Canada, and a bunch of custom rules. Michael was hands-on from the start, listened carefully to our needs, and translated what felt like an overwhelming project into something clear, logical, and actually fun to work through. Most importantly, we stopped leaking money on shipping. Which is a HUGE game changer. He made himself and the team available, asked the right questions, and never made us feel like our setup was too complicated. The platform itself is incredibly intuitive (pun intended), and with Michael's guidance, we were up and running way faster than expected. If you're a business with anything more complex than basic flat-rate shipping, don't worry.
