Tried this app a couple of years ago. Ran into an issue. Decided to try it again. Happy to see the app has been updated since I tried it last. It is now fantastic. Did an onboarding Zoom session to get the app set up. There are a lot of pieces to make it work properly – so I was grateful for the help. I like that it's pulling the rates directly from our Shipstation account. Lots to like about this app.

It appears you may have missed Michael's reply yesterday morning (8:27 am EST). After you approved collaborator access, our team noticed that you still have free shipping over $350 set up within your Shopify shipping settings. Since Intuitive Shipping cannot override Shopify's rates, you have to manually remove them.
