Great app ! So much possibilities and flexibility. We tested many solutions, but Intuitive Shipping can really be considered as the "Swiss Knife" of all the apps. Michael and his team have been just amazing in support by answering questions and finding solutions for my website issues. I can only recommend, tanks so much !

Love working with these guys! Very prompt in answering questions and finding solutions for my website issues. My site just went live recently and the rates during testing were accurate. I was really struggling to set different prices for regional UK rates and intuitive has completely solved that. The staff have been extremely helpful and responsive and I would strongly recommend working with them.

This is very powerful software with absolute first class support. The support is definitely needed for people like me, because while it's powerful it's also complicated (for example, there are multiple ways to accomplish the same thing). I am not personally crazy about the user interface for a number of reasons. My first time around with the app was not ideal - I had a hard time wrapping my brain around the structural concepts due to the UI/nav. Circled back to try again because we really really need it, and ever since I finally understood it better, with some patient hand-holding, I've been fine. Most importantly, the level of support and detailed guidance and assistance is simply unparalleled in my experience with Shopify apps across the board. Timely, detailed, thoughtful, you name it. And that's why I wouldn't even consider docking a star for the UI. Big shout out to Paul for excellent assistance throughout.

I had an issue with my shipping rates when some of the orders were made. I had setup up several conference calls with Intuitive Shipping Tech Support (Paul) and he was very patient and very helpful with my needs to resolve the issues. Paul is one of the best customer support I have ever had. Also, Intuitive Shipping made it possible for my store to offer a combined shipping rates that Shopify Profile could not provide at this time.

This app combines the functionality of 2 apps we used before, saving a bit of money but the best part is that we've never been able to calculate shipping rates as accurate as we have with this app. Support is stellar and quick to answer any questions and help out when you have a specific scenario in mind. I'm glad we found you!

Just got set up with Intuitive Shipping and the combined shipping works beautifully! Their support team is fantastic, quick to respond, and showed me a better way to calculate shipping. They pretty much led me through the whole process. I recommend them!

Really robust shipping tool that helped us create tiered shipping rules across various shipping zones. I was able to easily book and one-on-one customer service call to troubleshoot a minor issue. Would definitely recommend!

Tried this app a couple of years ago. Ran into an issue. Decided to try it again. Happy to see the app has been updated since I tried it last. It is now fantastic. Did an onboarding Zoom session to get the app set up. There are a lot of pieces to make it work properly – so I was grateful for the help. I like that it's pulling the rates directly from our Shipstation account. Lots to like about this app.

So far, this app has solved a lot of the shipping issues we were encountering. Our biggest issue to date has been filtering and displaying different types of shipping options for the two types of customers we serve - wholesale and retail. Being able to create scenarios based on customer tags, as well as, per product or collection has enabled us to really dial in the different carriers we offer to each customer base as well as provide much more accurate rates. Paul has been nothing but knowledgable, patient, and most importantly, proactive in making sure the app is configured to our needs. We truly appreciate all his efforts and continued support. I can't believe we didn't get this app earlier! Setting up the scenarios to correctly reflect your desired shipping costs was made so much easier by Paul. He basically hand-held me all the way through until we got it right, his patience was outstanding. Now our store is truly reaping the rewards of this fantastic app and the boss is finally happy. Thanks guys

This app helped us solve two problems: 1) How to account for two product types (individual books) and case products, and 2) how to create a range of shipping costs that covers the potential shopping cart variations and shipping options. Intuitive Shipping does that and so much more. It can be complex, but the Support Team is AMAZING!!!

This App is a MUST and Customer Support is SUPERIOR! Paul has been extremely helpful setting up all of my crazy shipping scenarios and makes Shipping seem easy. He and the App take all of the headaches out of Shipping. I couldn't exist without this App! It helps me Ship items from home, other locations, plus (2) POD Companies (even though one of the PODs isn't integrated with their API – it's still possible!) Don't hesitate to download this App and make shipping easy!

This is the only shipping app you need. We tried them all. This is hands down the BEST and most CUSTOMIZABLE. Great support team to for easy answers. Highly recommend!

Their support system is very good, which is important because the learning curve for me was longer than I had anticipated. But I stuck with it and their shipping app is working perfectly.

I can't speak highly enough about this app, it is the BEST because you can customize your shipping by tag, price, location everything!! I searched for hours looking for something like this and I am so glad I found this app, well-done guys at Intuitive Shipping you have truly made a great app! Would definitely recommend this app to everyone.

This app is WONDERFUL! It saved my shipping. I have many variants that would not work with the Shopify native shipping options and others apps too. Then I found Intuitive Shipping and everything I want to setup was possible. And I to add to it, their customer service is exceptional!!! Paul and his team get back to you right away, very clear and solve and questions you have and are SUPER helpful getting everything setup. Best customer service ever! I am a happy customer and have had no issues what so ever with their app, and shipping is just smooth sailing. Mahalo for creating such a great App! Very Grateful!

This app takes a lot of set up (depending on your needs and our needs were complicated) but Paul was amazing and helped with every step and question. Now the app runs seamlessly, and we only make small changes as needed by season or special circumstance. Paul has also been amazing for the random questions that pop up from time to time. Chat is great feature, emails are answered by the next day, and it is simple enough to set up a video call if needed. Very satisfied with our choice to go with Intuitive Shipping app for our online store.

This is a wonderful app that has the option to create virtually any scenario to achieve your shipping goals. You're able to combine shipping options, add free shipping for the entire order or specific products, charge different rates by distance, and the list goes on. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, as well and dedicated to helping you achieve exactly what you're looking to do!
