We use this app integrated with Zapiet Store Pick Up and Delivery to manage our shipping. It is very comprehensive and offers lots of combinations, no matter how complex and ours certainly were. Since shipping, especially for overseas stores, is not straightforward the flexibility this App offers is excellent. But the real value is the absolutely excellent customer support that the team offer. They are responsive, friendly and helpful and will assist in any way they can. Delighted we chose this option. Was the glue that tied everything together.

This is a fantastic app. If you are looking to do any kind of shipping in Shopify with different vendors this is the app you need. You have a lot of control over how the shipping app works. The company is excellent to work with. You will not be disappointed.

Our shipping requirements are very complicated and Shopify's restrictive, frustrating postage calculations were driving us crazy. Intuitive Shipping is a brilliant app that solved all of our problems easily. It is simple to set up but if you need help, Joel is always on hand. He answered all of our emails promptly and helped set up the more complicated shipping scenarios and ensured everything we had set up was working effectively. Thanks again for all the help and this excellent app.

Great app to manage our (insane ) shipping rates from 20+ vendors... this is our store's saving grace... and to top it off- the customer service is INCREDIBLE!! They not only proofed the whole thing, but continue to help us in huge ways!! LOVE this app... 10/5!

We just installed this to replace a discontinued Canada Post app. The setup was really quick, with minimal hassle, and we had the app ready to go live within the hour. I really appreciate the Intuitive staff checking my settings and making sure everything was done correctly - that's a level of support that goes above and beyond.

We have recently started expanding our delivery to use multiple outsource companies as well as our own fleet, as such we needed a way to be able to create rates to cover every outcome based on weight, price, same day vs future delivery, different rates per area/post codes, our drivers vs outsource & in multiple combinations of these This app has made that all possible. Joel was also extremely helpful with also adding in the ability for us to tie the rate in with with Zapiet's Store Pickup & Delivery app so we could create rates based on if the order was shipping today or not shipping today. This way we only ever show the 1 relevant rate to the customer instead of them seeing a bunch of options and selecting the wrong one. This app seems to have you covered for whatever rate setup you may need to create.

Our objective was to have customers see the same shipping price as what we end up paying the carrier. It seemed none of the Apps could do this task correctly! This was the only app we found that could accurately do what they call 4D boxing, to calculate the shipping based on what fits in the various shipping boxes we have. Their support team was very responsive.

This app works wonderfully and is very simple and, yes you guessed it, intuitive to use. Shipping scenarios for online businesses can get very complicated, so it is so helpful to have a platform that organises it logically. The capabilities of this app seem quite vast.

I love this app! I have tried almost every shipping app in the store... yes, I've probably tried that one and none of them are as reliable and straightforward as Intuitive Shipping. In fact, the only thing better than the app, is the customer service. Joel is extremely helpful, responsive, transparent, and friendly. I wish that he could be my CS rep for all of my apps. For whatever reason, my company has some of the most complicated shipping rules that have ever existed. I've driven other developers to the edge of crazy, but, to my recollection, Joel was able to accomplish every single one of my tasks with grace. He wasn't stumped for longer than a few seconds and if something couldn't be done the initial way I thought it should be, he helped me find a solution, every time of which, was better than the original. Do NOT waste your time trying others. Just simply use Intuitive Shipping! I guarantee you will be happy you did.

We use this app to calculate dimensional FedEx shipping rates. It does a much better job than other apps we tried and is actually cheaper! Their support team has been amazing and responsive.

Intuitive Shipping solved ALL of our problems regarding different shipping rules based on customer tags. Their app is user-friendly, easy to navigate and easy to set up. Their customer service is phenomenal as well. We tried many other shipping apps and this is by far the best.

Intuitive Shipping has worked great for our store. We've set-up direct to consumer shipping for flat rate and free shipping options. We've also added some expedited shipping options. These options are only available to our direct sales customers, and we have completely different shipping options for our wholesalers. This app solved our problems of wanting to offer completely different shipping options to our direct sales and wholesale customers. Oh, the support is fantastic too!

The Support that I have received by Intuitive shipping, has been outstanding. Many other apps should take note. If you are looking for a Shipping app, that will allow you to give custom shipping rates or anything else that you could dream of for your shipping, this App is the way to go!
