You know the pain of trying to get your shipping worked out - every store is different. After researching a ton of apps and articles, I kept coming around to Intuitive Shipping. All I can say is it's been awesome. Not only is the app capable of easily managing my particular store's needs, but Joel's customer service is simply outstanding. Couldn't be happier.

This app is a serious lifesaver and has made creating a complex set of shipping rules as straightforward as possible. Our setup with Intuitive automates way more of our shipping than our previous apps and costs less. Their support is super helpful and it's surprisingly easy to adjust scenarios on the fly for sales or vendor-specific shipping requirements. Can't recommend highly enough.

Intuitive Shipping has been able to handle every scenario we have thrown at it. Drop shipping from multiple locations with different packages and mixing in free shipping promotions. Yes, it can be done. The customer service is INCREDIBLE! Joel takes the time to build your shipping solution and is readily available to make adjustments as needed. For cost, functionality, and customer support this app is hands down the best shipping calculator on shopify.

Intuitive Shipping gave us the ability to easily set up shipping scenarios for the variety of items and combinations of items on our site. Support is quick and thorough. Joel is great! We looked at several apps before deciding on Intuitive. Great value. Extremely happy with this app!

I had quite a specific set of shipping rules I wanted to setup. I needed to handle domestic retail, international and wholesale customers all differently based off different weights, customer tags etc. I shopped around for several different shipping apps, but none could do what I needed. Several google searches looking for a solution I came across a blog mentioning Intuitive shipping. Downloaded it and its shipping rules allowed me to set it up all myself. Due to the complexity of the rules I needed, my setup didn't work as expected. I reached out to Joel at support and he spent over an hour on skype with me going through it all and help me set it up and test everything. Support was amazing and the app worked perfectly with my complex set of rules, Super happy with it and can't recommend this app enough. Its a powerful tool with a lot of flexibility with complex shipping scenarios.

LOVE this app and the team behind it! We were having a lot of trouble getting things to apply correctly, and Joel and Sharon worked with me for the better part of two weeks, to make sure things finally worked the way we needed them. All the while being extremely personable and enjoyable to work with. Definitely thrilled we found this app!

This is the best shipping app in the Shopify platform by far. Customer Service is Amazing, they helped us set our complicated shipping scenarios. They were patient and knowledgeful about shipping in general. The app is well designed, it has all kind of options that will allow you to do the unimaginable. This app and their team deserve more than 5 stars.

This app has changed my shipping life. As a Canadian e-commerce store, I was having difficulty finding an app that could work with Canada Post while also calculating how many of my unique, handmade items could fit into a shipping box. This app does it all in a very intuitive, easy to use interface. This app works with multiple shipping providers, custom delivery times, custom delivery descriptions, multiple packages, unique product dimensions, unique shipping scenarios and much more. The developer also offered incredibly helpful and timely support when I encountered some configuration challenges. I am so glad to have found this app and the development team behind it.

This is the perfect app we've been looking for to solve our shipping problems with different dimensional size of packaging boxes. Joel is really helpful that arranges a skype live support to assist us to setting up everything and making sure our set up is on the right track afterwards. I highly recommend this app.

Intuitive Shipping is a great app! It solved our weight-based shipping "up charge" problem. The support was great and the set up was pretty easy.

Intuitive Shipping is a great shipping app that enhances the capabilities of your shopify store. It allows you to get as creative as you would like to provide tons of different shipping methods to your customers and presents the shipping methods based on rules met by the customer. They also have very dedicated customer service who have been very helpful in setting up our shipping program. I highly recommend this app. - James

The app itself is brilliant, it has done everything I wanted and needed it to do and was so versatile in how it could be tweaked and changed and adapted to my specific business. Joel went above and beyond in helping me out. Sending me links to information I needed, walking me through the different steps I needed to know, explaining why he didn't recommend the course of action I had selected with the app (using city names instead of postal code generated shipping zones) and then helping and showing me what I needed to do. Explaining why inputting individual item sizes and weights was not a good idea and encouraging me to go with 5 standard shipping box sizes that will address 99% of my shipping requirements and wont cause issues and higher shipping rates through the Canada Post interface. Being right there when I needed further clarification on something. I walked away from this experience and purchase with so much respect for Joel and his Intuitive Shipping app. It not only looks after our needs today but can be easily adapted to grow and change with our company A heartfelt "Thank You" Joel. You are amazing and how everyone that produces a product should stand behind their business and what they are offering!

Intuitive Shipping is by far the most well designed and versatile app for customizing shipping options. User friendly yet powerful, this app has saved us countless hours and has provided multiple options not available on other similar apps we've tried. In addition, the support staff is responsive and eager to help.

wow! would get this app for its customer service alone. on top of the best service we have ever gotten by any shopify app, you'll also get the probabely best shipping app for shopify on top. it's smartly designed to give you all the creative power for your shipping rules without having to be a coder. joel helped us sketch the outlines - the rest is just a couple of clicks (read: rule clones) away... and - did i mention the 5star customer service yet?!

This app does everything I need, and does it very well! I have a store with multiple suppliers and use all of their shipping procedures, which are all different to one another. The ability to segment products from certain suppliers, and then segment further within that makes shipping to multiple postcodes and zones a breeze. The customer support is the best I’ve seen from and Shopify App! Joel is super patient and understand of individual needs and more than happy to help. The biggest part of the store setup that Joel has helped me with is the custom rules, where, if a setting in the app doesn’t exist, and very simple in ordinary mathematical calculation can be added to a “special rule” section of your process, eg; vendor / 1 x weight x $, or something to that effect... this allows specific rules for certain products. I can’t be more happy with a shipping app, it’s everything I want, and everything I’ll need for all my future suppliers. If you need flexible strong customisable shipping scenarios made, this is your app. Don’t mess around stressing for the cheapest, there’s a reason this is a paid app, it works and works well!!

This is the PERFECT APP for all your shipping/delivery needs. It saved me countless hours and money. It doesn't seem to have any limits, unlike some much more expensive solutions out there. Customer support goes above and beyond... Joel seems to always be available, and really knows what he's doing - even on a Sunday night! If I could give this app 10 stars, I would.
