From day 1 Intuitive Shipping has been wonderful to work with. They have a lot of customization options, we didn't think there would be an app out there to meet our exact needs but they made it happen. There support is top tier and better than practically any other app we use on Shopify. They offer they're time to get on zoom with you and go over anything you need, even setting it up for you. Anyways highly recommend, thanks for all the support!

I had tried at least five other shipping apps before stumbling upon Intuitive Shipping—WOW! This app has been amazing. It integrates seamlessly with not only Shopify but also ShipStation. It has streamlined our different pricing methods and made our shipping cost calculations much more accurate. It has also allowed us to offer free shipping scenarios that differentiate between various carriers and product lines. What has been so refreshing is the customer support. I was able to speak with a real, live person who helped me set up our shop. They were incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. I truly felt like a valued customer because the representative took the time to understand my needs and then helped me customize the app to fit our unique business model. I am so happy I stumbled upon this app—it has saved me a lot of hassle and is also user-friendly. While the app is a bit more expensive than others I tried, the superb customer service makes it well worth the investment. Plus, I didn’t find any other apps that integrate with ShipStation. After spending hours on the help desk with ShipStation and Shopify—only to go nowhere—this app solved the problem we were having. Thank you, Intuitive Shipping! You all rock!

This app just works. You can set it and forget it, or you can tweak and change to your heart's content. The tutorials are easy to use and it is super-easy to schedule a screenshare meeting with their team. I've met with two different support techs and they were both incredibly talented and attentive to my needs. I've never felt like they want me to adopt their way of thinking, they always listen to my goal and help me use the software to achieve that goal. Give it a shot, you don't have anything to lose.

The app works as expected and whilst it has it's complexities, it accomplishes all that is required. The Customer Service is also very helpful on answering queries, helping you set up new scenarios etc.

We're so happy with our decision to move to the Intuitive Shipping app! It gives us a lot of control over complex shipping rules (country restrictions by product, multiple boxes, shipping from multiple locations, etc). Not only is the product great, but the customer service is incredible! The team helped me work through different scenarios, logic through different options, and get the app up and running smoothly! They really made sure it was exactly what we needed.

They addressed Shopify’s limitations, such as missing weight and dimension data, by implementing solutions that corrected miscalculations and improper box assignments. Their guidance helped us fine-tune our packing procedures, minimizing weight while maximizing shipping options and increasing our shipping-related revenue. Beyond fixing errors, Intuitive Shipping enhanced our setup with precise adjustments. Due to the bulky nature of many of our items the size of packaging varies greatly from order to order. We needed dynamic shipping cost calculation and Intuitive Shipping was able to meet all of our needs. This solved a huge pain point in our operation. Setting up the system for our business took some time to get right but the team at Intuitive were helping us every step of the way. Navigating and understanding the program can be complex and unintuitive at times, but Intuitive's customer service team have a very quick response time and are efficient at solving problems.
