These guys are great. So much more versatile than the native Shopify settings and amazing customer support. Wanted to give Chelsey a bit 5 stars as well - handled my questions perfectly and knew exactly how to get the right support for our shipping needs. Will be using this app for a long time, not only for it's function but for the amazing customer support too. Great job.

Superior Support Experience Compared to Shopify I've found that the support provided by this third-party app surpasses that of Shopify itself. Whenever we encounter issues with shipping, typically due to our own actions, their team responds to our support inquiries with impressive speed. They have consistently resolved issues in under 30 minutes. In contrast, Shopify's support kept us on the chat over an hour, repeated questioning, and unnecessary escalations. Interestingly, with the same information provided to Shopify (and without the need for additional screenshots or screen recordings that Shopify frequently requested), the Intuitive team swiftly addressed and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. We have been utilizing this app to calculate real-time shipping rates using our carrier accounts, and its performance has been outstanding. The app's functionality is reliable and efficient, making it a valuable asset for our shipping operations.

Lets me configure almost any shipping rule I want easily. UI could use some work to streamline redundant button clicks, and there is an annoying thing with shipstation where the connection gets stale and I have to manually reset it But communication is great and support is helpful. Would not be able to run biz without it

This is a great app backed by a great support team. The app is super versatile and allowed us to separate shipping rates by SKU so that or products with batteries could be offered one rate while other products could ship under a different rate.

After porting our web platform from Magento to Shopify, I was struggling with the limitations of Shopify Shipping. Thankfully I found Intuitive Shipping! We have a complex inventory system on Shopify which requires a lot of custom shipping rules... Intuitive Shipping has made the set up of these delivery options very easy. The flexibility of their system has allowed us to set up rules to exactly align our needs, not confined to just weight or size. I'm using custom tags to set shipping rates, the options here are endless. I'm still not using the system to it's full capacity, but so far have found no issue which they cannot fix. Every time I have contacted support for guidance, they have been very informative and have found a solution to fit our bespoke needs. It seems all their team know what they're talking about, I can't rate this app, or their customer service, highly enough.

Intuitive shipping provides an effective solution for finding the right shipping options across a variety of perishable and non-perishable goods. Their customer support is much better than typical customer service. You promptly get to talk to a member of the team and they are technically capable. They were able to troubleshoot API Key issues with other integrations that would have taken me forever to track down.

Shopify shipping leaves so much to be desired, so I was searching for an app that would help solve all of the issues I was experiencing. My journey to find a one-size-fits-mine solution to my store's many shipping issues was very much like Goldilocks and her journey to find the best soup and bed. I eventually came across the smart boxing app, which was great, but it didn't quite solve everything that I needed. Then I found the ONE, Intuitive Shipping, and seriously, I am amazed at how many different things it does. I have officially solved all of my shipping woes! The only thing better than the app itself, is the support behind it. Every single time I need help with something, they respond quick and thoroughly. Specifically, Greg & Paul have been so helpful! They answer all of my questions, and get everything set up to exactly like I need. If you are on the fence about adding this app, it is 100% worth it. No more losing money on bad shipping estimates from Shopify!

If you can think of a shipping scenario, you can set it up: special rates for different dates, post codes, repeat customers, specific addresses, individual businesses, different products. It doesn't matter what it is, if you can work out the logic, you can make it happen.

It's not the easiest app to use, you must have certain knowledge in ecommerce and operation but the support is great and they are always here to help us out and quite quick! We appreciate it, thank you !

Our company has used Intuitive Shipping for a few years now. What makes it unique and valuable for us is the ability to custom blend shipping rates based on any possible item combination in our customer's cart. Today, we reached out for support for the first time ever (that must be worth something by itself). The support we received was quick, professional, and informative—all while resolving our concerns. You can tell through the support interaction alone that folks at Intuitive Shipping are passionate about the solutions they provide. Kudos to a super useful Shopify app, and the team behind it to make it such a success. (I promise I don't work for them)

Intuitive Shipping has tons of options and functionality that make it possible to do just about anything you need. Their support team is one of the best out there, they respond to your requests within one day and we typically have our issue worked out within a day. Most of the time it is just a setting we forgot to change on our end, they are very helpful at identifying the items that need to be updated so you can have your desired shipping experience. I'd recommend this tool to anyone that needs to customize their shipping process and will continue to use it for all future clients that need the functionality.

Not only is Intuitive probably the best and most flexible shipping app out there, more importantly they have the most helpful and responsive support team I have ever worked with. I cannot recommend them and their product enough!

Over the past 3 years of running our online store, we have dealt with many, many different apps. We hired them to set up the shipping for our store and honestly, they were absolutely fantastic. The app is working good and their knowledge is top notch. They are very accomodating and always happy to help and answer questions. Great company and people. I'd definately recommend this company and know you won't be disappointed.

We are using Intuitive Shipping on two of our flag ship ecommerce sites with great success. The app allows us to manage shipping rates for our corporate shipping accounts in a very granular fashion, based on weight, collection, SKU, etc. The app itself is highly configurable, which sometimes may seem complicated, but the Intuitive Shipping team is always ready to lend a hand to make sure everything is operating as needed. Support response is quick and in-depth. I highly recommend the app and plan to add it to all my Shopify sites.

We recently started using the Intuitive Shipping app to solve a very basic but potentially expensive problem with the way that Shopify was applying shipping charges to our customer checkouts. I was able to schedule a call right away with a Customer Success Manager, Chelsey, who has been incredibly helpful in getting us up to speed and confidently using the App as quickly as possible. With such knowledgeable, friendly, prompt and helpful customer support, we felt 100% confidence in our decision to move from Sandbox mode to a paid plan right away. The App is working extremely well so far and we look forward to seeing how we can continue to make improvements to our business with the help of Intuitive Shipping.

We have had Intuitive Shipping for a year, but the person in our corporation who was familiar with this integration left the company. I've been trying to catch up ever since. Their support team is GREAT and helped me re-learn how to integrate into our Shopify store. I've spoken to three different people each time and they actually FOLLOW UP with me! RECOMMEND!
