Best App for postcode specific delivery charges. We have used this app for some years now, in its old format and the recently upgraded version. The old one was great, the new one is amazing. The service is second to none, I had several occassions where we have needed to get some updates or tweaks and the response has been in minutes as opposed to hours. Paul is amazing everytime, cheers Paul, much appreciated. Well and truly 5 star in my experience. Thanks

We have been using the app for about 9 months now and have been thrilled with it. All of our shipping is custom white glove in home delivery and setup. Pricing is complex based on product and customer location. The app is completely customizable to any scenario we can imagine and the support is always prompt and helpful. This has been a wonderful addition to our Shopify store.

Intuitive Shipping steps in where Shopify's built-in shipping solution leaves off. They take care of things like smartboxing and keeping track of product dimensions, etc. Furthermore, they take care of our complex wholesale rules (scenarios) that apply differently to different customers and based on different spend amounts to different locales. There, so far, hasn't been a tricky shipping scenario that we've thrown at it that it couldn't handle. I think, perhaps, even more important than that, is their really excellent customer service team. Whenever we've had issues (including some that may have been caused by another app that failed to pass correction info along to Intuitive or where Shopify itself may have failed) they were always on the ball with customer service, support and response. They allow you to also book real calls with real people in advance who will (virtually) hold your hand while creating scenarios or troubleshooting problems. We're really happy working with them.

This is the best shipping app, period. This is the best support you will ever get, period. Plus they’re in Canada. Shout out to Paul for the best service ever. We have complex shipping needs. Multi-box, domestic & international, free shipping, oversize items, beyond destination charges, complex variants, markups and discounts and Intuitive handles them all easily. This app is saving us so much time on oversized shipping quotes now. It blows my mind that Shopify is so bad at shipping. Don’t even waste anytime with Shopify shipping, you can’t even add product dimensions! I have no doubt Shopify will buy Intuitive at some point for a lot of money and they deserve it. They have made a great app and company. It will take you time to setup all your product dimensions if you haven’t yet. Pay for the awesome white glove service to setup all your shipping scenarios fast. Trust me, Paul’s service is worth the price. I asked Paul so many questions that I started to annoy myself. He answered them all and continues to do so whenever we need anything. Only suggestion for improvement would be to create a warning in the admin that indicates there are products with no dimensions. Mainly an issue for big product catalogs and no fault of Intuitive but we missed a few dimensions on variants and customers couldn’t check out. The app does have backup rates you can setup, but on oversize items you might eat some serious cost before you realize your mistake. Run through the product spreadsheet 5 or 6 times to make sure you didn’t miss anything and make sure to add Intuitive dimensions as part of your new product process before launching new products. Stop looking, you’ve found the only shipping app you need. Great app, fantastic people, A+ from us!

Super powerful app, can and probably will do anything when it comes to shipping. I've used quite a few shipping apps now for complex requirements and I wish I started here. Given its capability there is a learning curve, but the moment I felt I needed some assistance I reached-out and had my solution sorted same day. Outstanding support! Definitely recommend.

Intuitive shipping stands by it's name... INTUITIVE! We are fairly new to the platform and are just scratching the surface. So far it has accomplished are need to determine shipping rates based on postal codes and radius. The support team is very knowledgeable about the app and are available most of the time.

It has a major flaw. The app does not notify you when any product is missing the dimensions or weight - and then customers can't check out. Dimensions or weight can be easily missed when duplicating or creating a new product. If no dimensions or weight exist, the customer will get an odd error at checkout which says "we cannot ship to your region". There is no further explanation for the customer. We have lost significant sales with this due to the lack of notice in the app about a product missing dimensions. One happened recently where somehow the dimensions disappeared from the product. We lost a month worth of sales on a major product until a customer notified us. The intuitive app NEEDS alerts on this because something that prevents checkout is vital to a store and needs to be handled immediately. The only solution given by the intuitive team is you can export a spreadsheet (manually) which lists items missing dimensions. What the app really needs is an email alert each time a product is missing weight or dimensions. This is literally stopping sales if it's not in there. So it is vital enough information that it needs an alert system.

I'm sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience with Intuitive Shipping. While it seems like an obvious addition to have notifications if a product is missing dimensions, many of our customers use SmartBoxing for only a portion of their catalogue, so the email notifications would quickly fill up their inboxes and create unnecessary noise. Instead, we suggest that our clients using SmartBoxing for their entire catalogue create a backup shipping scenario that covers situations just as you outlined; if someone forgets to add product dimensions, orders will still go through. This is a significant reason why we include a free onboarding session and ongoing support so that we can fully understand your shipping requirements and suggest the best way to configure the app. Unfortunately, the error message is in your Shopify settings and cannot be rule-based, it is universal for your store. We can absolutely help you head to the right area in your Shopify settings to change the language. Paul has reached out to provide instructions on how to create backup rates, including a call to ensure we understand the entire breadth of your shipping requirements and that your configuration reflects your store's needs. We have had a fantastic experience onboarding this application into our store. After searching for an app that could effectively accommodate the shipping rules we needed to install (especially for the warmer months), we landed on Intuitive Shipping. Their strong reviews initially roped us in to give them a try, but the support from their team (S/O to Michael & Paul) from the very start kept us hooked. It has been great. From the simple fixes to the more complex requests, they were timely and responsive and have helped ensure that this will be an app we will use for the foreseeable future. I'd like to say we have it all sorted, but I'm sure I will be dropping into their inbox again soon
