We had difficulty upgrading to the new UPS auth2.0 method, and even though it wasn't a problem caused by Intuitive Shipping, Michael, Chelsey, and Brandon went above and beyond for us. Very good support, we highly recommend Intuitive Shipping!

Intuitive Shipping is great and easy to use, and whenever I've had trouble, because shipping can get complicated, I've always gotten great support from the team there. They go above and beyond answering not just the questions I show up with, but offering ways to optimize for problems I wasn't even aware I had. Highly recommend.

It's one thing to have an app that does exactly what you want in a straightforward way. It's another for it to do so without downtime or unreliability scares. It's a unicorn if it does both of the above and answers technical support emails quickly and concisely. When you come across an app like Intuitive Shipping, it raises the bar for everyone else. To put it plainly, Intuitive has saved us a lot of time.

Like many companies we have a complex catalog with bundles and multiple products being packed together or ones that can only be packaged alone. We found this app to work well and create very accurate shipping rates to capture more sales and make it more affordable for the customer. It took some tuning for it to be integrated but nothing that the average person can't handle! If we had questions the team at Intuitive Shipping was very responsive and helpful. Clear communication from a company is key. We will continue to use this service!

Great personal help with setup and runs trouble free. On the few instances where I have contacted support I have gotten fast, personal responses from them with solutions - not excuses. Our site can process hundreds of orders a week and this app has been rock solid.

decent app - that has switched to predatory pricing. when i first signed up this app years ago, i thought it was already expensive enough - having to do an uninstall and reinstall, i discovered that the new pricing structure is positively predatory. it's a sad trend that most app developers seem to be adopting. they all thing that if your running a high order volume store, they can get away with charging you ridiculous fees. well guess what guys, NO... just NO. these devs build up their reviews by charging reasonable fees, then hotswap over to ridiculous fees. it's such a scheme.
What you're experiencing is the result of innovation and rising infrastructure costs, not a scheme. From 2019 to 2023, our pricing remained unchanged. As an Intuitive client during this period, your plan price stayed the same when we adjusted our pricing to reflect increased operational costs; we value loyalty. The "hotswap" you're referring to implies we changed your pricing while you were an active user, which is not the case. You uninstalled Intuitive Shipping to try another app because it was cheaper, only to realize that low-cost apps often lack features and innovation. This led you to return to Intuitive a few weeks later, recognizing it as a fantastic solution. Unfortunately, you didn't inquire with our team about the possibility of returning to your original pricing. Again, we highly value our customers and are happy to work together for a mutually optimal solution. Unlike our only real competitor, which costs significantly more, Intuitive includes all features in our pricing plans. Clients pay more for higher order volumes because our costs increase; maintaining the server infrastructure to deliver rates quickly is a costly endeavour. Thank you for allowing us to publicly explain that we are an ethical app developer offering tremendous value. This is a terrific app that has tackled all our needs! It's a simple tool with the ability to handle complex rules and despite a high learning curve at times, I've found they have good doc guidelines and an even better support team who have been available at short notice to jump on calls or discuss in-depth and promptly via email. It's a no-brainer decision to use this app if you have complex shipping rules!

Easily the best shipping app on Shopify. It gives us a much more granular control over our complex shipping programs. Not only is the app capable of so much, but their support is top-tier. They have a very fleshed-out knowledge base, and an even better team in customer service that responds quickly

Intuitive Shipping has been very helpful in allowing us to implement some fairly complex shipping scenarios. The support team has been highly responsive and helpful in answering questions and helping with implementation along the way. We've tried using other shipping apps in Shopify, Intuitive Shipping is the only one I recommend.
