This app is efficient. I had 2 integrations previously which they provided details introduction of how to integrated my store into their system. Sometimes I had issues and chat is always available and resolved my issues quickly. I sent email and the response quickly came back within 24 hours. Understandably that no one will sit by email and monitor 24/7, so response within 24 hours is reasonable. If any stores want to integrate big suppliers with lots of products to your Shopify store, I'd definitely recommend Inventory Source. Thank you.

I have been using Inventory Source for over a year now. I am very happy with both the product, the team behind it. The learning curve at the beginning take a little time. Once you learn, you can add products and make changes fast

It works like it says it does. If you need a good feed for your products check this one out. I don't work there but I do use it.

The system is clear and easy to use and the this support continues after the integration is complete and is always prompt and clear. The integration allows me to focus on marketing and promoting my products, so it is absolutely essential for me, which is the reason why I chose this. I would without hesitation recommend this to other business to use.

Great app. Everything seems to be working well and saves me a lot of time. They were very quick with the set up even though the company I was integrating didn't seem to know what the were doing. Inventory Source was quick to respond and help the company out. I would recommend this app if you have alot of products and one of your suppliers is integrated with them

I've been using this app for almost a year. It's operated flawlessly and their customer service is the BEST. The interface for editing descriptions, prices and stuff is a godsend! I'm setting up another Shopify store now and will absolutely be using IS for that one as well. I highly recommend them!!!

I've been using inventory source for about 3 years now. I was on a different e-commerce platform and was so glad that I would be able to continue to benefit from their services. The only feature I would want them to add, is the ability to spell check items before uploading to the store. I'm pretty savvy with coding, however, I would like to be able to manipulate product descriptions in bulk before it's over in my ecommerce store. Other than that, it's pretty straightforward and I definitely appreciate the customer service! Anytime I've had any issues, I've received an email AND and phone call, which I greatly appreciated because it showed me that they pay attention to detail and providing excellent customer service is a priority for them.

I've been using inventory source now for over a year, as i created my first online store in March 2020. My cousin was using it & naturally, it was my go to! Its excellent, allows me to sync all my product from my supplier, set pricing for individual product or whole collections & you can edit the whole store in bulk! I only use inventory automation at the moment but it's perfect for my needs! Would be great if it was a little cheaper, but it is still worth every penny! 4 years on, it is still my go to, my business runs smoothly, thanks to Inventory Source.

LOVE Inventory Source!!! If you want a chance at maintaining two or more stores you are going to need help to do it right. Inventory Source helps you do that. BlackCock Brands could not do what it does, or be where it is without the help of Inventory Source there is no question about that. We intend to extend our relationship to two additional stores this year. Let's see what 2021 brings.

So far, our experience using Inventory Source has been great. The integration is fairly easy and allows you to navigate through product selection with your suppliers and directly feeds those products into your store. The customer support we have received has also been great, so I would recommend using this app.

I've used Inventory Source for several months, and the staff has easy to work with and the feed works flawlessly. Well worth the experience. I have plenty to learn about SEO to assist in it being profitable. Looking forward to more integrations as they become feasible. The process they provide was exactly what my business needed. I've been onboarding with Inventory Source for a few weeks now and the problems I've run into has been entirely on the supplier side (the supplier you and I choose to automate with through I.S.). The Suppliers (i.e. Ingram Micro, Doba, Honest Green, etc) have been updated their systems and some of the newer reviews are blaming I.S. for the delays. When in fact it has been the selected suppliers changing their requirements, security protocols and accounts causing all the delays. I.S. has been scrambling to keep up and it shows. I have personally become impatient but it isn't fair to blame I.S.

The biggest reason for giving 5 stars is that it uploads huge amounts of inventory data and quantities to my shopify store and this has saved me hours and hours of time. Once uploaded I do have or had to change a few things to have items fit into my store's proper category and collection. Integrations are currently operating smoothly. I do wish questions could be answered bit quicker. But overall I am happy with Inventory source, it is a big help. Uploading inventory is much easier and a big time savings using Inventory Source. Again, 5 stars. Good stuff.
