The app is very user friendly, easy to set up and with many possibilities to customise. Many useful functionalities.

Intuitive app with serious customer service. We requested a function a while before, their CS team really follow up on this and let us know when their team updates the app setting.

The best invoicing app on Shopify. Made it so easy for me to issue invoices and packing slips in PDF format for my customers and logistics partners. The team and customer service is a bonus.

I've tried other invoice apps before, but this one is by far the best! Very easy to set up and navigate, you can customise literally everything and print invoices in bulk for your accountant. The customer support is extremely quick and efficient, very patient and friendly too!

The invoice Falcon team have the best support of any app I've used thus far on shopify. I requested some customisations and they implemented them in the new app updates. I'm so pleased they took my requests seriously. I didn't want to use another invoice app because I've tried them all on shopify and none of them are near as nice as the invoice falcon design. The team were very responsive. I use invoice falcon every day as it's essential to our type of business. I love that it uses product images from our website. And that it's easy to turn quotes into invoices. I've requested that they add a option to turn quotes into pro forma invoices too and they told me they are working on it for a coming update. I'm very happy with invoice falcon.

It adds every details of the invoice, especially the discount line for each item and discount to the order. Other invoice app just discount the order whatever the discount amount is. This really suits our business and make it more easier in terms of customer facing.

As a home furnishing store we are heavily invested in our aesthetic, even the appearance of our receipts, and Invoice Falcon has allowed us the ability to maintain the quality aesthetic we need. Whenever we have found ourselves needing assistance, they have always been prompt in reply, updates, and solved the issue with 100% satisfaction. The customizability and capabilities of the app, combined with the fact it’s creation is by a two person team is truly a marvel, and we are thrilled to have such an app to help us run our business.

This app is awesome and does exactly what they say it does. I use it every day to print invoices in store because it covers Invoice, Quotes, Credit Notes & Pro Forma Invoices. I especially love the automatic invoice feature that automatically sends out a proper invoice for orders that are placed online and even gives the option to place a link to download an invoice in the order conformation email. Their customer service is also on point. These guys built a solid product which they stand behind, therefore I do not hesitate to recommend the Invoice Falcon app.
