This app is amazing - Customizable as well without being too complex. Has saved me a lot of time by auto-sending our invoices rather than having to manually send them out. I highly recommend them.

Incredibly powerful app! They have saved us from needing to hiring an accounting assistant because of the level of automation this app provides. There is nothing like it on the market. The product is incredible. Also, their customer service is 2nd to none. They are extremely responsive, and resolve issues and make custom solutions right away. Very pleased and impresssed with Invoice Falcon!!

We looked through several apps to find the one that met our needs, and Invoice Falcon was the only one to come close. Custom invoices, proforma, bulk/batch operations and more - while some of the features require learning (particularly for non-tech staff), it's as straight forward if not more than other invoicing software I've seen. Set up was easy too. Overall highly recommended, and their support team is responsive to questions and feature requests too. Excellent app for such a small team - keep up the good work!

This company earned 5 star rating, 100%. The team is responsive and as up front about any limitations or flexibilities that exist based on the constraints of the Shopify Platform. I vetted maybe 3 or 4 invoice solutions before I went with Falcon. Use the free trial and you'll probably stick around. If they get it incorporated with the POS checkout, then that would be a game changer. For now you can drop the tile app and use it as a work around. Very happy with the work they did to help customize my needs and grateful I found them on the APP store, keep it up guys!

I've had this app about a week and it's already proving an excellent way to provide my customers with professional invoices that include out tax information and other important details. Would definitely recommend.

We're using the free-plan that looks like it's no longer available. Really pleased with it and does the job well. We've got Exemptify install also (For EU VAT Free purchases from businesses) and all works well. May not have bitten the bullet on a paid plan at the time, however our relatively low volume of VAT invoice requests make this a great app to have.

Excellent Application and the support team has been very responsive. Suggestion: App team is working on making the template more customisable. Hoping for the new feature to be released at the earliest.

Excellent app. Simple and easy to use. Effective. Saves valuable staff time not having to resend commercial invoices. Also handy as a bulk order printer. Good value for money
