iPacky | Pick Pack & Fulfill

iPacky has helped us improve our work flow and decrease mispicks/miships. We have only been using it for a couple weeks - and we are going to fully onboard our process with it. Any time I have had issues, the support team over there has been super responsive.

We’ve had such a great experience with iPacky, both in terms of the software itself and the support we’ve received from David. The support is honestly exceptional. Whenever we reach out, we generally receive a response within a few hours, and the replies are always friendly, helpful and thorough. David really goes above and beyond to assist...even taking the time to do his own research when something falls outside the obvious answer, rather than simply sending a generic response. As for iPacky itself, we absolutely love it. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the system and the different settings available, allowing us to adapt it to suit the way our business operates. The dashboard is also incredibly useful for monitoring how efficiently our packers are working and giving us far better visibility over our packing process. Most importantly, since implementing iPacky, our packing error rate has dropped to around 0% of what it was previously (obviously ;)). That has made a massive difference to our business, saving us money on refunds, replacements and the general cost of human packing errors. Overall, iPacky has been incredibly worthwhile for us. It has improved our processes, reduced errors and given us much better oversight of our packing team...all while being backed by fantastic customer support. We genuinely love the system and would absolutely recommend iPacky to other businesses.

We’ve had a great experience with iPacky. We were looking for a better way to organize our inventory and streamline our picking and shipping process, and iPacky has made a huge difference. The Shopify integration works really well, and the bin-location and picking features have allowed us to completely change how our warehouse operates. Items now have specific locations, our team can follow an organized digital pick list instead of relying on memory, and even a new employee with very little knowledge of our products can successfully locate and ship orders. What has impressed me most, though, is the support. We ran into an issue where products with zero inventory were still appearing in their assigned bin locations. I reached out to the iPacky team and asked whether they could add a feature to automatically remove bin locations when inventory reaches zero. Within just a few days, they actually developed and added the feature for us.

We’ve had a very positive experience using iPacky for our Shopify store. It has made our packing and fulfilment process much more accurate and organised, especially when checking orders before dispatch. Being able to scan and verify items gives us extra confidence that customers are receiving the correct products, and it has helped reduce avoidable packing mistakes. We link it with Sendcloud to connect with our prefered carriers, generating and printing labels easily. The app is practical, reliable, and clearly built with real warehouse and fulfilment workflows in mind. Features like order checking, picking lists, and packing slips have made our day-to-day process smoother and easier for the team to follow. There can be a small learning curve when first setting everything up to match your workflow, but once configured, iPacky becomes a very valuable part of the fulfilment process. Overall, we’d happily recommend it to other Shopify merchants who want better accuracy, fewer errors, and a more professional packing operation. And the personal support from IPacky CEO David De Bono is a huge added bonus.

We're a fan of iPacky. It is easy to use, integrates perfectly with our Shopify store and allows us to track inventory for all our products and expedites order packing, labeling and invoicing. We use iPacky with a scanner which helps insure accurate bin placement and order accuracy. So, we recommend using iPacky for inventory tracking and order fulfilment!

Die App ist super für eine niederschwellige aber professionelle Lagerführung und Kommissionierung. Der Support ist schnell, was für eine sehr grosse Unterstützung ist. Wir empfehlen die App und haben aktuell auch nichts vergleichbares gefunden.

We moved from 3PL to inhouse fulfilment after 7 years and needed an app to help the team with bin locations. IPacky has been perfect for this. It's also helped us with pick lists, stock check etc and the support is always incredibly quick and helpful.

The iPacky scan and pack system has been great. It has significantly reduced packing errors and made the process faster, more accurate, and far easier for the team to follow. Support is also excellent, any issues have been responded to and resolved in a timely manner. Would recommend.

Absolutely perfect. We have a lot of custom bundles in our store, and the custom meta field tool allows our shipping team to pack those without issue.

iPacky has been perfect for our small business. With the free plan it has allowed us to test out the features. The main reason I got it was so I could have the bin locations for all of my products easily accessible. It has also been really helpful to print picking lists with the bin locations shown in the list. If I ever had any issues, the support team has been really good at reaching out and solving the problem!

Excellent app, and at a very fair price. Although some of the UX is a little clunky, iPacky excels at what it's supposed to do - run a clean, streamlined picking and packing process.

We have been using Ipacky for a little over a year now, and it is an amazing stepping stone app for businesses who want to introduce barcodes and scanning into their business without the need for a completely digitalised pick and pack system. It works seamlessly with Shopify, Starshipit and our WMS system. David is super helpful and is always willing to make changes to the app to better suit your businesses needs. We have completely eliminated human error in our dispatch system due to this.
