The app works as it should and I haven't had any issues with its functionality. My only thought is the UI is a little hard to look at, and if they designed it in a way that was similar to the already familiar Shopify UI, it would be perfect.

Easy to set up and use. This helped us reduce errors with our order packing. I went in and replaced the stock error sound with a clip of flatulence I found, and that has really improved morale among the team; would recommend.

We've been using iPacky since 2023, and it has been highly effective in helping us maintain organization within our inventory. While the dashboard and admin interface weren’t the most user-friendly at first, the customer service and instructional videos made everything clear and easy to navigate. There are many features we haven’t utilized yet at our small business level, so it’s great to know there’s room to grow with this app. For our setup, we use an Android-based device with a scanner and rely on iPacky for every order we pick. This has significantly reduced order errors and made it easier for new employees to locate our diverse range of products, thanks to product location feature. We’re very happy with iPacky and plan to continue using it!

I've been using Ipacky for months and its great- it solved many problems for us, incorrect picking, DPD labels printed when they shouldnt be, address issues and just general ops The support is amazing, but by email and on calls highly recommended

Working really well for us - took a little while to get set up and work through the teething issues but we are a complex store with 400+ SKUs and using bundles. David was with us throughout the implementation and has been very quick and responsive. And we have removed all packing errors! I recommend this app.

Amazing app, David was super helpful is walking me through how to set it up. Super seamless once you get the settings adjusted (location, jumping back into shopify after the order is checked/fulfilled to print the label). Thank you again exactly what we've been looking for!
