Adding iPacky to our Shopify store has vastly improved the way we fulfil our orders. The picking and packing process is much more streamlined, and since we also now have scan and pack, order errors are a thing of the past. It was quick and simple to set up and the support is also very good, with quick responses to any questions we have had. A great app that we would recommend.
It's great to hear that iPacky has improved your fulfillment process. Especially since you're using our connector to Sendcloud.

iPacky is an incredibly powerful tool for picking and packing. It has helped us double our shipping capacity while maintaining an error-free process. Although the numerous options can be overwhelming at first, once you adjust and set your conditions, you'll have a very efficient system. We're utilizing the digital picking and order verification features, along with auto-generated shipping labels. This allows us to fulfill orders faster and more accurately than before. The use of tones and visual aids helps our staff quickly resolve any issues. iPacky's dedicated login system is particularly valuable. It allows our warehouse team to operate independently of our Shopify store, reducing the risk of unwanted changes to orders and tags. This keeps everything organized and helps streamline our process flow. iPacky is a reliable picking and packing solution. It keeps your operations smooth and efficient, whether you're working in-store or from a separate warehouse or both.

Great app , it makes our picking and packing so much easier and has speeded up our fulfilment. We’ve only been using it for 2 weeks and have found it easy to work with and we have now gone paperless with our orders which is an added bonus. The customer service is very responsive and helpful also.

Thank you to the Ipacky Team and support. We have grown quickly and were experiencing a lot of packing errors. Sometimes 4-5 orders a week and the cost was getting out of hand to re-ship and correct the packing issues. After we installed Ipacky we have gone down to no errors as each order MUST be scanned before shipping. We highly recommend this app as its saved us time, cost and headache!

We have been using iPacky for 18 months now and it has been brilliant. This week we moved warehouse and had to set up another Shopify location. David at iPacky was so helpful (and very fast). The transition was very smooth. I would certainly recommend iPacky

We've found I-Packy to be a fantastic solution for our small business without the need for a full WMS. The costs are very reasonable and integration has been smooth, most importantly the after care support we have received has been excellent. Since implementing I-Packy, our picking and packing process has been completely streamlined and it has reduced errors completely. There are loads of helpful options such as being able to take a photograph of the picked products before packing to dis-prove any discrepancies on delivery. Overall we're really happy with I-Packy and would highly recommend to anyone.

IPacky is a lifesaver and one of the best apps out there. We use it for our picking, packing, and fulfillment processes across our entire business. It's truly one of the best apps for this purpose. The developer is also very helpful and hands-on

iPacky is an absolute pleasure to work with and has offered a great solution for picking and packing. Since we work with and ship frozen products, our packing and shipping process requires a high level of efficiency. We are super happy with this app. I am sure it has WAY more functionality than what we need, but it has reduced our fulfillment errors to basically zero on a thousand orders.

Ipacky has been extremely impactful for our Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment process. As a company that sells many single-item products, we are now able to pick and fulfill multiple orders at a time with less errors and more efficiency. The integration was seamless, and the support team was always available to assist with questions. Highly recommend this app!

Good software, easy to set up and convenient to use. Good app supports as well, usually get back to us in one day. With ipacky, we can have our items scanned when dispatching and it help catch some picking errors. Reduced our customer services time.

We are having such an amazing experience using this app. Not only that this app supports our order fulfilment process and reducing errors significantly, but also, the support has been amazing! They have been responding promptly solving our questions and concerns which helped us taking the fulfillment process to a step further. We have tested a few other similar apps but found ipacky the easiest and flexible among all. So glad we found this tool! Would definitely recommend!

I installed the app to evaluate it with the understanding that it was free below 50 orders. Don't leave it installed as if you go over 50 orders in a month, including POS orders, it will upgrade you to $19.99/mo without warning. The developer was unsympathetic and refused to refund even though we never used the app. I have not had this experience with other Shopify apps but I am now uninstalling any app I am not using.
Hi. We're sorry to hear that you feel this way. You had the app installed for almost a year, and then you wanted full refund of the whole period. Even though you did not have any issues with the app or functionality. The pricing documentation is very clear on this matter. That it's based on the total shop orders, but the usage billing is charged for only the orders that you check in iPacky (which you were never charged). The monthly subscription kicks in when the store has more than 50 orders/month, as your store had. The fact that you had the app installed but did not use it much cannot be blamed on us. And during the whole period you had the app installed, you did not check the Shopify billing.

When we were adopting a fulfillment app, we had a few choices. I'm surprised this one doesn't have hundreds more strong reviews! iPacky stood out with it's easy-to-navigate interface with many features. The overall look is sleek, understated and distinct from other browser-based software I've used, in a good way. There's a ton of features and I was quickly able to identify the ones we needed. The various settings felt a little spread out at first, but the designer is good about scheduling a video demo with new customers. A few days ago I reached out to their support with a couple questions and got a response back in less than 24 hours. (With those questions addressed, we officially have no issues with the app and I have 0 reasons to not leave a 5-star review.) Definitely feels like this was designed by someone familiar with how Shopify works and crafted solutions that can apply to a variety of businesses. Obviously, it's nice to use a service with such dedicated support. I won't have to be worried about him not knowing about the latest patch or changes. It's been about 3 months and we're already checking all our direct orders via iPacky (and some larger wholesale orders too) and regularly sorting 100-300 orders a week into batches. Thanks iPacky!

We have just started using iPacky and I am so happy we found it! We have it setup with Shopify and StarShipit and it has saved us so much time, not having to print packing lists and match them up with labels. Being able to see order notes too while your packing is great. We are only using the manual packing so far, and have already been saved from forgetting quantities on numerous orders. Well done!
