While the app has really been working out for us with regard to keeping track of who is packing orders and what is being packed, one thing that we really found helpful was the customer service. We talked with the developer personally and gave him our feedback regarding a particular feature and he made accommodations for us. We really appreciate this and are thankful for iPacky in general. This app has helped to streamline our productivity and our communication amongst our staff and it is appreciated.

iPacky has made our warehouse so much more organized and has made pulling and packing orders efficient! The metafield bin locations and barcode scanning has made pulling orders much easier with less chance of human error. David did an onboarding call with us to help set everything up and gave us tons of great tips for how to use iPacky. The support is always very responsive and helpful with answering any questions we have. Highly recommend!

The iPacky App works exactly as advertised. It has improved the speed of getting orders out to our customers and eliminated a lot of the issues we had for example double shipping orders, shipping incorrect items with the order. Each product is scanned before packing and the app has a great function to alert the warehouse team if the item is not on the order or if the order is unpaid or has already been picked. The support team is always quick to respond.

This is an amazing app. It makes picking and packing so much easier. Highly recommended. There are so many features, and it is very user-friendly. The support is fantastic. They always get back to you fast, and you can book a meeting anytime to chat with them. They are extremely helpful and will ensure you know how to use the app. I highly suggest this app.

Great program/add on to your Shopify store! I was in search of a program to keep track of outgoing inventory that was easy to maneuver and love iPacky. I don’t have to have that worry of my customers not getting the correct number of items.

Hola, la aplicación es muy buena y util pero hoy hemos tenido un problema donde figura el mensaje: No hay datos para esta ubicación No hay cumplimientos abiertos en el pedido para esta ubicación. No veo la opción de comunicación con soporte técnico. Su ayuda por favor.

It's such a good app to use for warehouse stocking-keeping purposes. Easy to use, clean user interface, fast responding. It's fairly priced as well.

iPacky is a great solution for packing and fulfilling orders. The scanning of each product combined with a ton of different options and customizations, including rules and warnings based on SKU or tags makes this a great option for anyone who wants an excellent app for packing orders. Their customer support is excellent, and they are very quick to reply and solve anything that might arise. We needed an integration with another app to make this fit our needs, this was fixed by the team at iPacky. All in all we are very satisfied and would recommend iPacky to anyone looking for an app like this.

Virkelig god service og nemt plukkesystem. Havde store udfordringer med check og pluk af ordrer, som betød mange fejlpluk-ordrer både i antal og produkttype. Vores setup er Shopify og Webshipper, som fragt-handler, så det var vigtigt at finde en løsning, der kan integrere med Webshipper. Fra vi fik installeret IPacky, som hjælper med at checke, plukke, lave partial fulfilment, og kommunikere med vores lagerpersonale, har vi reduceret fejl-pakker til >0,1. Print af ordrer-sedler, scanning og check foregår problemfrit. Godt for forretningen.

David og Ipacky har løst et problem vi har hatt lenge om å få realtime plukk info pr ordre ut til våre ulike lager lokasjoner i samme øyeblikk som kunden bestiller. Dette ble løst svært raskt og presist ila få dager med eksepsjonell god og tett oppfølging fra David. Vi ser frem til å ta i bruk flere funksjoner i Ipacky.

Ipacky integrates seamlessly with other software solutions such as Printnode or Sendcloud, making it the perfect 360-degree solution for our order management. The different settings make it very customizable and individual. What I have to put a special focus on is that David and his team go above and beyond to understand our processes and find solutions with Ipacky that exactly meet our requirements. Throughout the whole process I've received impeccable service from the CEO of iPacky - David. iPacky helps us keep track of stock - pack at an incredible speed and is super user friendly. All in all I would recommend this app to everyone operating their own warehouse.
