This app has been tremendously helpful in assisting with our E-commerce grocery operations! The developers are very responsive and involved in providing solutions and fixes to accommodate a lot of our operation's unique needs. The Virtual product feature has help us with managing and picking a lot of the unique grocery bundles we sell on our store. The built in reports have also been super useful in monitoring and managing our outbound KPIs! The interface is very intuitive so it's been extremely easy to train new staff on order picking. 10/10 money well spent! Would definitely recommend to any other operations needing some type of scanner picking tools!

Recommend this app very highly. Been using its since Feb 2023. If you are picking, packing and shipping in your business this app is CRITICAL. It will streamline your operations and save you time and significantly eliminate simple errors that any of us can make. It is so well thought out and covers EVERY angle with so many features. There are some additional ones that would not normally be expected that add further value. . It is very obvious that David has run a shopify store before he embarked on this project. This app shows that he is a subject matter expert in order fulfillment, from order receipt to customer delivery. We have been using Shopify since 2016 and this app is the easiest we have used adding significant value and cost reductions. FAQs and the videos that support it are superb with great detail in layman's terms. For the little help that we did need David was always on hand. When we had been using the app for 2 months we had a 30 mins video call with David just to ensure we were getting full benefit from the app. 10 stars out of 5. Cannot recommend this app enough. Thanks David for your great support.

I wish I found this app years ago. We have a very complex packing process that involves a handful of product checks and this app has enabled us to automate that process and provide useful information to our packers so that they can efficiently (and properly) pack orders. Furthermore app is very easy to use and has tons of customization options to meet various needs. Support has been incredible - I was able to schedule a meeting to get a quick app tour and properly set up, and any further questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by email. All around a great app!

This app is immensely helpful in both pulling orders by bin location in our warehouse and in verifying orders as we pack and ship. They provide lots of documentation and are very responsive to questions I have emailed them. This is money well spent for us in the savings we have in preventing errors in shipments (through the app we can barcode scan items for verification) and in the time savings in pulling orders by a bin location.

iPacky is a very well built app. It's helped us make sure every outgoing shipment is accurately prepped and packed, and the serial number functionality is the best I have seen for any Shopify app. It works exactly the way that it should, and is highly customizable and reliable. Perhaps more importantly, iPacky is backed by a team that provides good support and is focused on future development.

Having tried every app out there in this field i can truly say IPACKY is unlike any other. The app has every setting imaginable and if we have any issue we contact David and he is always there ready to help. Unlike most apps I have yet to find a single thing i would like to change. The app adapts to what you need it to do with the most advanced settings of any app on the store. I can honestly say this is one of my favorite apps and by far the most key app to my business running on a daily basis. Truly grateful for IPacky and its creator David!

We are a bookstore, with thousands of books in inventory, sometimes several different editions of the same title. We used to make a lot of mistakes before we installed ipacky. What is does for us: 1. sorts items on the picking list in alphabetic order (which shopify doesn't) - so picking is much easier now. 2. allows scanning picked products in real time, so that we don't double-pick items on big orders. 3. allows checking orders by scanning by another person. 4. tags picked and checked orders in shopify so that we can see progress in real time. 5. tracks who picked and who checked the order. 6. last but not least - shows qty remaining in inventory - very useful for us: when we pick the last item on the shelf, we can see right away if it is also the last item in the system, and if not - make adjustment, which helps us avoid to oversell. This last function has just been added on our demand - thank you so much ipacky for this great support!

If you are looking for a picking app stop searching, this app has everything you need for a very-very reasonable price, with the best support/service you can imagine. Out company had rebellion because they wanted to use the old not compatible picking app, but after 1 picking session all the employees loved how easy and fast the new picking system is. Update: Now we have around 4k orders monthly. We have a huge update, half of our site is changing (including half of the apps). Ipacky is still the best app, we can make custom workflows any way we want. Support is still the best.
