iPacky | Pick Pack & Fulfill

iPacky is a great solution for packing and fulfilling orders. The scanning of each product combined with a ton of different options and customizations, including rules and warnings based on SKU or tags makes this a great option for anyone who wants an excellent app for packing orders. Their customer support is excellent, and they are very quick to reply and solve anything that might arise. We needed an integration with another app to make this fit our needs, this was fixed by the team at iPacky. All in all we are very satisfied and would recommend iPacky to anyone looking for an app like this.

Virkelig god service og nemt plukkesystem. Havde store udfordringer med check og pluk af ordrer, som betød mange fejlpluk-ordrer både i antal og produkttype. Vores setup er Shopify og Webshipper, som fragt-handler, så det var vigtigt at finde en løsning, der kan integrere med Webshipper. Fra vi fik installeret IPacky, som hjælper med at checke, plukke, lave partial fulfilment, og kommunikere med vores lagerpersonale, har vi reduceret fejl-pakker til >0,1. Print af ordrer-sedler, scanning og check foregår problemfrit. Godt for forretningen.

David og Ipacky har løst et problem vi har hatt lenge om å få realtime plukk info pr ordre ut til våre ulike lager lokasjoner i samme øyeblikk som kunden bestiller. This app has been tremendously helpful in assisting with our E-commerce grocery operations! The developers are very responsive and involved in providing solutions and fixes to accommodate a lot of our operation's unique needs. The Virtual product feature has help us with managing and picking a lot of the unique grocery bundles we sell on our store. The built in reports have also been super useful in monitoring and managing our outbound KPIs! The interface is very intuitive so it's been extremely easy to train new staff on order picking. 10/10 money well spent! Would definitely recommend to any other operations needing some type of scanner picking tools!

The app is a great solution to run our picking and packing, but more importantly David has been amazing at support and his help has been very valuable to bring our operations in-house. Highly recommended to any business that needs to streamline their operations.

I wish I found this app years ago. We have a very complex packing process that involves a handful of product checks and this app has enabled us to automate that process and provide useful information to our packers so that they can efficiently (and properly) pack orders. Furthermore app is very easy to use and has tons of customization options to meet various needs. Support has been incredible - I was able to schedule a meeting to get a quick app tour and properly set up, and any further questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently by email. All around a great app!

This app is immensely helpful in both pulling orders by bin location in our warehouse and in verifying orders as we pack and ship. They provide lots of documentation and are very responsive to questions I have emailed them. This is money well spent for us in the savings we have in preventing errors in shipments (through the app we can barcode scan items for verification) and in the time savings in pulling orders by a bin location.

We've been using Ipacky for more than a year. Great product and increases productivity while reducing errors. The support team is super responsive.

I was asked if i could write a review however iPacky and the developers do deserve the 5* review!! I was a little hesitant at spending the money on this app at first but we needed the ability to scan and check orders as they were packed, and now i wouldn't be without iPacky in our workflow. There's been a couple of features i have asked for and quickly they have been added!! There are many other features within iPacky, such as pick lists, which currently we don't use but i am looking at implementing them into our work flow and i'm sure they will only be an improvement to our workflow!
