Far and away the most useful app we have added to our store. It is essential for the accurate picking and packaging of our orders but it also helps us with other applications we use like our courier platform and it has been a massive help with creating accurate courier labels and streamlining a number of our processes. It is a very powerful tool. David the owner of Ipacky has been excellent to deal with and has gone over and above the call of duty to help us get started and integrate the software. Our team loves Ipacky and we would strongly recommend it to any Shopify business that is serious about professional order delivery.

I must say this app is game changer for warehouses, above all its so much cost effective compare to this you will find ERP solution with heavy investment. Vi har en medium stor nettbutikk som selger B2B i Norge, og hadde et behov for et plukk og pakk system. Vi oppdaget at våre lagermedarbeidere ble forvirret og frustrert slik det var, og det ble mye feil. Etter at vi begynte å bruke iPacky så har lageret og nettbutikken vår nådd nye høyder. Vi kan nå se for oss større, bedre og enklere vekst, takket være at vi endelig har alt i system. Etter 5 år med Shopify er dette den mest geniale, og mest fantastiske appen jeg noen gang har lastet ned. Og jeg vil anbefale den til absolutt alle. Det er nesten en fornærmelse å kalle det en app, iPacky er et gjennomført og fullstendig system. Fordelene jeg har satt mest pris på: - Systemet er på Norsk - Fantastisk kundeservice (også på norsk) - iPacky er hele tiden under utvikling for å møte vårt behov. Så vi trenger ikke være redd for å låse oss fast i et gammeldags system. - Enkelt å bruke, opplæring er derfor også veldig lett. - Skreddersy tilgangen og muligheter til ulike ansatte. Selv lyder kan tilpasses! - Enkelt for pakker å kommunisere med lageransvarlig på mail. - Hylleplasser så vi kan lage ruter på lageret (dette er et must) - Idiotsikkert, veldig mye vanskeligere å gjøre feil da ordren sjekkes flere ganger. - Vi valgte å gå over til å ha strekkoder på alle produktene våre. Slik at alt scannes for å være helt sikker på at vi ikke gjør feil. - Gode rapporter som forteller deg alt om hvordan de som plukker og pakker presterer. Tusen takk David for at du har utviklet iPacky, og brenner for å gjøre hverdagen vår enklere. Av alle system jeg har testet til lageret er dette det mest gjennomførte jeg har vært borti. Apper som jeg anbefaler i tillegg til iPacky: - Bundles app (integrerer) - Inventory Planner - for å holde styr på beholdningen og vareleveringer - Order tagger- for å sette regler for fullføring i iPacky. Feks få opp meldinger på skjermen om ulike kunder handler, eller info om spesifikke produkter.

We have been using iPacky for almost 2 years now, and it's been great. It has allowed us to move all our fulfillment to a third party distribution center. The warehouse employees find it very intuitive and easy to use, and mistakes are rare. The developer is also extremely responsive to support requests and/or feedback - for example, he helped us configure both virtual SKUs and barcoding aliases to fit our use case.
Thank you for your excellent review of iPacky. And being a long time (and one of our first) customers you have seen the development over time. And the feedback of third party fulfillment centers taking over with continuing the use of iPacky is especially important when the business grows.

We just started using iPacky and so far it has been great! We have been searching for an app like this for awhile and even tried 2 others that did not work nearly as well as iPacky. This is going to help eliminate shipping errors and the ability to scan all items in a "bundle" or "kit" is amazing! Most importantly though, the service we've received from David has been outstanding! He truly cares about his product and has gone out of his way to help with the on boarding. Can't recommend iPacky enough!

This is a update on the app, after using it for a bit i am very impressed with how well it works! It talks with shopify flawlessly - we print our packing list from ipacky, print shipping labels through Australia Post then pick, scan and pack our orders with 100% accuracy with only a few minutes added to our packing time overall. Customer Support is on point and amazing. We are very happy with this app! save yourself the mistakes and get this app for your business! There is nothing more powerful like this app on the market especially for this price.

After using another very expensive app on Shopify to allow our team to scan and pick, I found iPacky and decided to make the jump. We are so thankful we did! The interface is easy to use, the scanning is fast, the orders automatically sync from Shopify into iPacky and now they offer the ability to assign Bin Locations to each product by either importing them or scanning the product and manually entering data. You can also sort your pick slips by SKU, Bin Location and other options. The support team in phenomenal! They answer questions in a very timely manner and have even implemented suggested changes we made to the app that they felt would be beneficial for all users. If you are looking for an affordable app that allows your team to scan and check products as they pick, definitely try iPacky! It's worth the money.

Wij gebruiken Ipacky voor het afhandelen, scannen van producten van de order en maken van labels. Zijn er erg tevreden over, we maken zo geen fouten meer in het versturen van producten. Diese App erfüllt all die Kriterien die eine Fullfillment App haben sollte. Es ist unser Add-on für Sendcloud und ist einfach soo praktisch. Wir versenden seit ipacky fehlerfrei. Auch bei hohen Massen gibt es keine Fehler in den Paketen. Alles wird eingescannt und man kann von verschiedenen Packstation -zeitgleich- arbeiten. Der Custom Service David ist TOP und sofort erreichbar.

Beautifully intuitive app with a lot of great features that fit a modern minded and well run warehouse. If you're thinking about and wanting to get serious about organization, eliminating waste, and creating a happy employee and customer experience, iPacky is THE app to use. I've looked around and this one addressed my needs perfectly. The developer has thought about the best practices for running an efficient operation and they are constantly improving the app to fit the needs of a Shopify + fulfillment store. The installation and setup is incredibly easy and documentation is very detailed. We were able to train staff quite fast. It's comparable to an Apple product - it just works once you turn it on. If you experience trouble or have questions about the product, the developer is quite responsive and friendly. I rarely post reviews for a paid app, but my experience with the product and service was quite amazing. I whole heartedly support this app and vouch for it's useful features. Thanks iPacky!

The service has been 6 stars so far, cannot fault it at all and everytime i had an idea for an improvement that may help my business David took it seriously and always attended to it, within a week it was surely updated. Absolutely recommend this app as it has cut my error count by around 70% aswell as increasing picking time, have also gone paperless due to it which is another plus. I have always had any queries responded to within 1 business day. Brilliant!

I cannot say enough regarding the customer support provided with this app...it is above and beyond! Every request we had David was able to handle and support us. Makes fulfilling orders very easy and accurate...I highly recommend this app to anyone who handles fulfillment in house.

Perfect for (almost) eliminating order picking errors. Good range of options to tweak for your setup. Virtual barcodes are a great way to ensure Kits and Multi-Packs include every item required. iPacky is much cheaper than some alternatives we explored which wanted a $500 setup fee.

Picking a lot of orders with multiple packers made us look for an easy, reliable and most of all, fast way of checking orders before shipping. We needed a solution to remove errors from our shipments and at the same time speed up the process instead of slowing it down with yet another task. iPacky solved all these issues for us and more. Not only providing us with a very fast way to make sure each order was packed correctly, but also an improvement of our workflow. Making our existing workflow better, faster and easier. Now we can also provide extra packing instructions depending on the product ordered, follow up with the right e-mails to clients, fulfill orders and even check or add the right shipping label. Finally, not only the app itself is impressive. Also the support we get. In our case we have unique order statuses to manage our shipping and automated labels. Of course these unique states were not known by Shopify or iPacky. With 1 support request a new function was added within 48 hours to make iPacky fit perfectly within our existing system. I can recommend this app 100% to anyone in need of managing packers and followup on picking control. Even if you have a unique way of handling orders or do it all on your own, iPacky can be your perfect fit. As an added bonus you also get statistics, showing how many orders need to be done, how long it is estimated to take, average picking time, overall and per packer, ... Just try it out, you will not regret it! A very happy user.
