We have already had a great experience with using Jivo Live Chat when we had our business in Europe and we were happy to find it here, in Shopify Apps. Jivo Live Chat App is nice and easy to use for both customers and admin. You just intuitively understand what to do. It supports different languages, what is very important for us. It is very flexible – you can connect it with any channel you use – FB, Viber, Telegram, so you can be always in touch with your potential customers. Good job, guys! We will definitely recommend it!

We recently switched to Jivo Live Chat from another live chat client and we couldn't be happier. The installation quick and easy (literally one-button install on the Shopify app store) and it works like a champ. Very easy to use and switching between the mobile app and the windows app is as simple as opening the app on the device I'm using. We've experience ZERO bugs/crashes/issues in the days we've been using it. The features included with the pro version of the app exceed what other live chat clients offer and at a lower price. Our customer interaction has also increased since installing Jivo Chat! Love this app and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to add live chat to their web site!

I love Jivo Chat, beautiful design, supports different languages and most important you can connect it with facebook, viber and telegram! I know they also have call back feature, I did't tried it yet but sounds cool. Big plus is they have great customer support, which is very important for me. So far it's best chat I have used for my web site!

That's an awesome tool. I have main domain hosted on wordpress and subdomain hosted on shopify. I can chat with same user if he moved to another platform. This is the most impressive feature. I was looking for this feature for a long time. It's mobile app is excellent. It keep me connected to every user of my website. Chat script is emailed immediately. Many thanks to the team for such great app. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Regards Nitin

I installed Jivo Chat a few weeks ago and it's fantastic. Super easy to plug and use. I can switch between PC and mobile seamlessly to chat to my customers. The support has also been great. Most of my chats end in a purchase which is obviously the goal so overall I am very happy with this app.

I have been using Jivo Chat for about 5 years and each year it keeps getting better and better. My old developer suggested we use it and I just went ahead with his suggestion because I didn't know anything about web development or apps. Now I have schooled myself so much in development that I built our last website and no longer need a developer in house. I still use Jivo because they are friendly and always there when I need them. I don't have to wait forever in some cyber line or until the next business day. The platform is easy to use for non developers and developers alike. You can customize it to fit your website colors and have certain triggers. My customers use it frequently, which is the goal so it is perfect for what I need.

This is an outstanding live chat application. Installed easily with no issue, very intuitive to use and offers flexibility in how you will use it. Customer engagement via our website has been terrific; customers have been able to readily get more information on particular instruments and accessories which has assisted them greatly in making informed purchasing decisions online, or has seen them come into the store to play an instrument for themselves. Highly recommended!

Excellent application to talk with our clients, interaction with our face page, that is, someone speaks to us by the face and Jivo Chat shows on our site and we can talk directly there with clients of the face, we can monitor who is live in our site and know where it is speaking and many other options, once again excellent app, I recommend to anyone who really wants to give attention to their customers.

Excellent app gets you in contact with the customers we have closed sales because we solve questions when they are on site selecting products. Also their customer service is fast and they solve any doubt you have. A must have for your store

Im loving it, for the price i can place chat in different sites i have with only un agent, and omnichannel is fantastic to give support over telegram, facebook ... I can have chat window customized for each site i have, jut need to add new channel, triggers work fine too. Im getting so much more live chat inquiries than before with other chat solution
